Two nights in a row the lobby has been closed 10/28/22 and 10/29/22. Taco Bell's losing money because you go through the... drive-thru and the Time you get home it's cold. They need to do a better job if they have to pull people from other Taco Bell'sto fill to make the lobby open that's what they need to do! Read more

This location consistently tells us that their ?card reader? is down during the later hours of the night and that they can only... accept cash. I?m sure this is their way of being lazy and saying this so they don?t have to make any food because they know amajority of people don?t carry cash. It?s the same guy every time who tells me this but whenever I come and he isn?t workingmagically everything is fine. It happens anywhere between 9:30pm-11pm that I have come here he says this. I think this issomething management should be aware of and investigate. It?s clear you have an employee who is not trying to work. Hate to seeit hurt someone?s business simply out of laziness. ?I?ll be sure to carry cash from now is it?s that serious? I?m sure nomanagement would want to lose out on money and they would get this issue fixed if they actually cared. I also see managementignores their 1 star reviews and respond only to their 5 star ones on here but that tells me they know of this issue and simplydon?t care. This location is consistent. Consistently messing up my order. Every time I order a crunch wrap with no sour cream, it has sour... cream on it. I get home and can?t eat my food as I?m allergic. This location needs to get it together. Read more
Really terrible experience at this location. When you pull up to the drive thru there?s no ?welcome to Taco Bell?, she said ?go... ahead when you?re ready?. When I ordered a Mexican pizza she said ?there?s a sign up that says we?re out?, which there was not.I went home and called to speak w a manager about when they would be serving them again. A woman named Amanda said she was themanager, but she was so rude. I asked for corporate?s number and she hung up on me. I called back several times to get the gm?sname and number but they kept picking up and hanging up the phone. Is this how you train your employees? I work retail and wouldnever speak to a customer the way she did. Needless to say I won?t be back, neither will my friends or family. We?ll spread theword. We live in a nice community with multiple places to eat. I?d appreciate someone reminding Amanda of that. Read more
My husband just brought me back my food and they forgot the sauce. They also put black bean in a spicy potato taco which is very... confusing because black beans do not go in that. Also I asked for a diet Baja blast and they said they do not have that and theyactually do look on the menu. Read more
Every time I try to give them a chance they fail miserably. The quesadilla that had no cheese or chicken in it. The soggy... crunchless Crunchwrap, the stale cinnamon twists. The water down drinks, the soggy stale nacho supreme. The crunchless Gorditacrunch. I haven?t gotten to the soft tacos so I?m not sure how those will be. I don?t know who?s running this place but theyneed new management and new employees. How can you constantly make this garbage ?! What?s sad is we?re stuck with this Taco Bellin Land O Lakes. Good food and pretty consistent when going there, but I wish they'd remove their location from doordash/delivery services. Over... the last year, ive tried 5+times and they cancel my 5-6 item orders without fail. Ubereats is no problem because you can choosea different location. Read more
