Absolutely stunned, spent 20 minutes waiting to get my order taken then 10 for the employees to try to run my card and rather... than anything to explain the issue just threw the card in my car and said verbatim ?you can leave now? and waved for me and mypartner to leave. During this 20 minute wait there were NO cars by the window, everyone in the building looked like they justdid heroin, slurring their words and struggling to even handle a transaction. It's clean and everyone was friendly. My food was less than warm and after telling the young man at the register that I had a... Gluten allergy, he didn't bother to tell the line. Needless to say, I got sick. Vegitarian options for my step-daughter werebasically French fries because they ran out of potatoes and do not have side salads any longer. They tried to charge my husbandand I $1.89 for a water cup and after charging us for cheese on our chili, they didn't add the cheese. We had to go back up tothe counter several times for the cheese, condiments and utensils as they did not have them in the lobby. Read more

I think this place would greatly benefit from an entire staff swap out. The wait times are ridiculous, the food subpar at best... (rarely fresh). The guy taking orders at the drive-through makes Eyore seem like a party animal. If you hate your job that muchgo find a different one. It's a bunch of kids in there, goofing off, and the food and service reflect that. Management is nonexistent or truly does not care one. single. bit. Love Wendy's food but really surprised how this location has gone downhill in terms of cleanliness and appearance. Restaurant... itself is only about 5 years old and was sparkling clean and inviting but not so much anymore. Whole place needs a refresh.Bubbling drywall near soda machines where Dave's logo once hung up. Usually dirty entrance doors, dining area and bathrooms. This place use to be good but lately it sucks. Nobody has any common sense. Baconator fries put in bag sideway, cheese didn't... even melt! CHEESE IS COLD ON FRIES!!!! Sandwich is barely warm!! I believe they were short-handed, the dining area was closed, but drive-thru was open. Was about 7 cars deep when I pulled up. ... While I was there 3 of the left. Once I finally got the food (no sorry for the wait btw) the crispy chicken sandwich had turnedinto the soggy chicken sandwich. Fried were way over cooked, and I threw away the nuggets cause they seems shady. 3rd time atthis place....definitely last. Read more
