To start with, the cashier was very sweet but genuinely didn?t seem to understand what he was doing which caused super long wait... times. And instead of opening up another cash register.. all of the FOH employees WATCHING him just laughed and didn?t bother tohelp. Not kidding. There were over 10 people in line when they?ve could?ve avoided that. Then with the teas it seemed like a teabag had ripped open causing me to drink what felt like sand lol. It was kind of gross. The food was good but when I had askedfor Ranch was told I needed to pay 25 cents per cup like seriously? Disney world doesn?t even make you pay per cup. And was toldby a rude employee. Why not ask what sauce we prefer instead of just assuming we want Zaxby sauce?? It sucks. :( and after allthis trouble, all the tables were dirty!!! I came here with my son and fiance because it is one of my son's top favorite fast food places out currently, I ordered the wing... combo buffalo flavor and since I'm always honest on my reviews I'll say the wings were on the dryer side and the sauce was justbasic, it was a little higher priced than other fast food chains so I'd expect higher food quality! I work next to this location and if it wasn?t for being walking distance I wouldn?t have tried it so many times. I have been to... this location 6 times and every single time there has been an issue! The first time they used the wrong sauce for my wings, okwe all make mistakes. Second, they forgot my fries. Third and fourth times they didn?t have my pickup order ready till 10 minafter the pick up time. Fifth time they forgot my drink then tried giving me a regular size when I ordered a large. They saidthey were out of large cups and the girl told me ?what?s the big deal you get refills?!!! I don?t understand the disconnect! Dothey purposely not train employees on how to do their job.??? And the last time right now!! I got a free sandwich,? right? Iorder it and wanted to add fries and a drink,ok cool whatever. The coupon states any one signature sandwich. It doesn?t specifyclub or not and I wanted to try the club. The lady says ?the sandwich is new and the system can?t take it off??? ok how?s thatmy problem. This looks to be a newer Zaxby's; very clean tables, restrooms and floors. The lady taking orders (no name tag) was very... friendly and did her job with a smile. We both ordered Wings n Things. Food was hot and fresh. I don't remember the chickenstrips being so small, but it's been a while since we've eaten at a Zaxby's. My only wish would be to include an order of coleslaw with this meal. Ordered a house salad with Fried chicken. Struggled to find any pieces of chicken . Mostly crumbles . My husband ordered a Cobb... and his was the same way. I am so happy a Zaxbys opened in the area, and this one did not disappoint! This place has delicious food! They have a wide... menu, although I wouldn?t know as I can?t get past the kickin chicken sandwich! The cookies are also really good. The interiorwas really nice too, comfy with booths.
