fried chicken sandwaich very disappointing... extremely salty and served on a bun with 3 pickles. no condiments at all. So if... its your first time, you don't know to ask for condiments, you drive away and really regret it. fries were dry/cold-ish. Folksworking there were nice and service was pretty quick. So no complaints there... Third time to a Jacks and first time for thisone. They are 0 for 2 on lunch type meals but breakfast was good the one time we tried it. Read more
This Jack's is relatively new. The workers do just that -- work. Clean friendly environment. Drinks too high.
First time looked amazing, Food was good but when we reciced the wrong drinks and tried to return them we got the worst response... from the window people ever was just super rude and acted like it was our fault they handed us the wrong drinks, maybe just some customer service exercises? Read more
This is THE best Jack's that I've been to. Today was the first time in years that I've gone to a Jack's with a history of poor... experience at their restaurants, but this time at this location was very different. The staff was pleasant and the food wasreally good! Read more
The only reason for a two star is because of the attendant at the register taking our order (Lisa) was working her tail off and... the others one woman in the cook prep area was leaning against the counter drinking from a cup and the dude with a pony tail wasstanding at the food ready area waiting on his food to deliver and this poor Lisa was placing orders running to dump and cookfries and when she attempted to pick up a tray of chicken fingers she could not lift them up and even asked for some help and noone lifted a finger. People do not have any team concept nor work ethics. The dude with the pony tail was mumbling and had afrustrated look on his face as he delivered food to a customer in the dinning area. Read more
This place is awesome! My 5 year old is loving breakfast by the fire watching animal shows before with hit the road again! The... staff were really great and understanding about have to little boys who've been couped up in a vehicle for a day going just alittle crazy! Read more
This is the second time I?ve tried Jacks here. My first time I brought the hamburgers back, because they microwave them. I just... went in again and specifically asked to please make it fresh, the meat is warm not hot and they fries have been sitting for awhile. I want so bad to give them a good review , because there are not a lot of fast food restaurants here in Luverne. I?vebeen disappointed twice now. The hamburger taste good it?s just not fresh. When we ate inside the amount of food was more than when we got to go. Chicken fingers were nice and plump inside but got to go... they were very small. Slaw was full of liquid. Green beans was only good thing about meal. Left out sauces. We ordered cookies,2 packs. They were not put in or charged because their friend behind us told them to save them the cookies, so they got them.Had to wait for others to cook. We live in another state so can't go back to get. Also ordered 2 scoops of ice cream in cup, onescoop vanilla and 1 chocolate. Was told we would have to pay separately and extra because not same favor. Always something whenwe get it to go but no problems dining in. We stopped here several times while traveling. Read more
