The cashier was just rude. When I was ordering, she just had the attitude of "man I wish these people would go home. Of course... you didn't hear her say it because she hardly said anything except is that all. I was as manager at McDonald's, and Hardee's,and Burger King and my employees were taught how to treat the customers. That's who pays our salary! Read more
Ordered a 2 slushie for my kids for 2 dollars each. When order was ready, then told they don't have it. Only thing I could get... for my kids was apple juice. Apple juice was so small. I thought was going to give me the difference but I guess they just gaveme the apple juice instead of slushie. Most expensive apple juice I bought. Read more
Loved walking the beach and sitting on the rocks to watch the ocean
Such a great experience! Everything was very clean and orderly and the customer service was stellar. We were coming home from... the beach and needed a quick bite so we could get right back on the road. Quick it was, we hardly got seated before our numberwas called. One of the ladies noticed we weren't given ketchup on our tray like we had asked for. She made a point to personallybring some to our table. Overall super impressed with this visit and have absolutely no complaints! Read more
Food was fresh. We went here on the way back from the beach at around 11pm to get some fries and chicken nuggets. Took about... 15-20 mins just waiting on fries. No sauce for the nuggets either :( Read more
We had stopped on our way up from the beach to get some food, and all of us were pretty hungry. We walked in and ordered our... food on the digital screen and waited. As our order got called we went up and grabbed it noticing that we were missing ourdrinks. We stood there for about 3 minutes. At least 5 of their employees made eye contact with us, yet not one came up to askus if we needed anything. It took one of my friends to start saying out loud that we needed help before someone helped us. Whenthey did finally help us, she had an attitude. For management, the woman has pink and blonde hair. Fast forward a little bit, wehit the road and begin eating. The first thing we notice is the fries are cold and soggy. The next thing we know, my friend ischocking on something from her chicken nuggets. She pulls it out and it is an entire bone! (pictured below). Hopefully, thisreview will bring awareness. Read more
Was clean and orderly. Service was fast friendly and spot on acurate. Not an attitude in sight. Will be going to this one more... often. All mcdonalds just chucnk my son's chicken nuggets into the box. This one actually took time to stack them very neatlyand orderly. Read more
The food was very fresh and well-seasoned. The Luverne Meal Deal was a steal! Nuggets (they accidentally gave me 6) but it comes... with 4, a double cheeseburger, a medium fry and a large drink!! The staff were super friendly and best of all, our orders wereboth correct!! This is the best service I?ve ever had in a McDonald?s and the girl checked on us after we received our order tomake sure we didn?t need anything! The restaurant was clean too. Read more
