Almost every time that I've visited this Pizza Hut, the staff made me feel welcomed , appreciated and like a valued customer.

The pizza was not ready when it was scheduled. I was told to come back in 15 minutes they were cooking it. 18 minutes later I... arrived and was told to come back in 15 more minutes that it had just been put in to cook. When I ask why, that i was told theywere cooking it the last time i arrived the girl at the counter just shrugged her shoulders and said there was a large orderthey had to complete. I said that you told me they were cooking it when i was here before and she said she looked at the ordersign and made a mistake. The pizza did not have any mushrooms on it which was part of the order and the wings were cold. Thecustomer service has always been bad there and that's the last time I will ever go there! Read more
