The pizza was not ready when it was scheduled. I was told to come back in 15 minutes they were cooking it. 18 minutes later I... arrived and was told to come back in 15 more minutes that it had just been put in to cook. When I ask why, that i was told theywere cooking it the last time i arrived the girl at the counter just shrugged her shoulders and said there was a large orderthey had to complete. I said that you told me they were cooking it when i was here before and she said she looked at the ordersign and made a mistake. Website said closes at 11pm but I ordered early for a 1030pm pickup and only now at 10:15pm was called to be advised my order... was cancelled due to them closing at 10pm instead. Would only give them a 0 if I could for their terrible customer service.They really need to close for good now instead of just early. Person who called me didn't even give me her name and really couldcare less. Gas station pizza is better than this Luverne Pizza Hut, removing the app now. Read more
I ordered online. It said to text this number when I got there for contactless delivery. I got there text and called, no answer.... I finally went inside to see two employees, the phone was ringing and both were ignoring it. That's ok..I really didn't mindgoing in. I got the 10.99 supreme pizza. Pizza hut used to be soo good. But the last couple times the pizza looks good but thenyou taste it and it's like well it doesn't really taste as good as it looks. I don't know, I guess seeing the employees walkright by the phone while it was ringing just kinda made it not so enjoyable. Read more
showed up last night for the pizzas I ordered. it was supposed to be ready but it was not I had to wait 40 minutes because they... hadn't even started making it. Kids running the place were playing around instead of working. Didn't even get my order correctand it was missing toppings but I just decide to take what they made because I wasn't waiting for them to make the pizzascorrectly that would have been another hour gone out of my life. If this Pizza Hut was in a bigger city it would already be shutdown . just because this is a small town doesn't mean we should have to suffer horrible customer service. Read more
The order before mine came out one burnt pizza. When mine came out they gave it to him and claimed mine was burnt and had to... remake it. The manager said he would give me a $20 credit but never did! Read more
