Get here after my sons flag football game. Boys had to use restroom. Worst bathroom I've ever been in. That room hasn't been... cleaned in months. Order food from kiosk. Asks me to take a table tent and type it in. No table tents. Also printed me a blankreceipt. Had to wait at the front for 20 minutes for food. Tables dirty. The 1 Star I gave was for the fries. The young lady on sweep & clean up did so during our meal; I stopped her as she approached our table - she took a different... route but continued. Please teach the crew to sweep & mop but not at tables where folks are actually eating. Read more
Keep driving. Skip this McDonalds. You will probably be asked to pull to the left by the person at the second window even if... you're the only person in line. I can say with confidence that you'll be waiting for a while for your food. Your order will nodoubt be incorrect. Likely cold as well. Resulting in a complete waste of your time and money. It is too bad this is one of the first things visitors to Luverne see when entering town from the interstate. Had to return to... the store because they made my double quarter pounder with bacon a quarter pounder with bacon. The new sandwich had no seasoningon the patties and was extremely greasy. Went through and got burgers for supper. Ordered them with no Pickles and no onions, got home and we got cheeseburgers with... Pickles and onions but NO BURGER PATTY. How can this be soooo hard? Horribly Slow and lacking : Wait time was extremely long - probably close to 15 minutes before even ordering - with only 1 car... in front of me. I even called the restaurant to ask if they were still open. After ordering, still a long wait. Fries werejust over 1/2 full, sandwich had a sparse amount/dab of sauce. I did not receive a receipt, so had to call to ask for one - bythis time there were probably 5 or 6 cars lined up, and I was advised I would have to go back through the drive through to getit. I indicated that would not work, and the employee did bring it out - and was nice, also offered to give me another order offries, but at that time I was very leery. Read more
I have always had a bad experience at this McDonald?s? BUT tonight was a big game changer. Me and my boyfriend went through the... drive through and I ordered 2 happy meals (one chicken nuggets and one a cheeseburger) I wanted to use my rewards and get onehappy meal for $2 but the system wouldn?t allow a cheeseburger to be used? only a hamburger (this was said in the fine printthat I DID NOT READ) after the new manager, Jim, came to the window to explain the situation he had a big smile on his face,said he was sorry for the inconvenience, said that he will get the staff trained better to make sure they know what?s going onand than proceeded to give us the cheeseburger we ordered for FREE because he felt we were inconvenienced (WE WERENT!! IT WAS MYFAULT I DIDNT READ THE FINE PRINT-But yet he still found a way to take responsibility and give us a 10/10 experience) Not onlydid he do that but when we pulled up to the second window we saw him helping the staff finish making our food, helped bag it upand hand it out to us. He did such an amazing job helping out the staff while still teaching them and giving his customers agreat experience. THIS MAN NEEDS A RAISE!!!
