Less than impressed. My family and I booked a hotel in Luverne knowing the area as we are coming back from a LONG trip across... the country. We drove 10+ hours today. When asked what everyone wanted to eat, we agreed on pizza. We had been to the PizzaRanch several years ago and had no issues. Tonight we googled the hours which stated they closed at 9:30pm. We walked in at8:31pm to find multiple staff members standing there looking at us like we were from another planet. After they all looked atwhat seemed to be the manager who told us ? they close the buffet down at 8:30, but we could still order.? There was still foodon the buffet however there was nobody actively cleaning anything, and there was AT LEAST 5 staff members there. It was VERYclear that we were NOT welcome and it was more important to close early so that staff could go home. We went to find somewhereelse to get food after a long 10 hour day of driving, and thank goodness we did! Read more

I was first... attracted by countless good stories about this place, and when my eyes stared upon it's delicately crafted exterior, all of mydoubts vanished. As soon as I stepped inside this culinary marvel, it hit me. All at once. The laugher and warmth of countlessfamilies savoring upon the delicacies of this fine establishment, the sweet aroma of freshly baked pizza mixed with the amazingatmosphere that it's angelical staff brings to the place As soon as my initial rush of excitement wore off, I got myself to thesplendid buffet. Now, don't let the innocent name "Pizza Ranch" confuse your thoughts, the place is teeming with variance. Withevery step forward, i was taken aback at the quantity of different foods offered for the derisory amount of money I was paying.It almost made me feel as I were not a customer, but a cheating scammer instead Now, you might ask me about the flavor? Heh, I'mafraid my writing skills are not enough to describe such an indescribable experience. But allow me to say this: Wow! It's ashame that I don't live anywhere such a small delicate establishment like this. I posses a friend, a lucky soul indeed, who wasthe privilege to live near this paradisiacal enclave. He always tells me tales of the friendly conversations flowing though hiswindows, or the delicious aromas of spices flowing though his house.
