If I could rate a zero I would but required to give a one star We have not been to a Subway in a long time. Stopped at this one... traveling through and wanted some lunch. We didn?t have masks on and a gal behind the counter told us you can?t buy anythinghere without a mask on. We simply left. As of this week the mask order has ended in the entire state of Wisconsin. I know somecounties have extended (illegally). Kewaunee County wasn?t one of the counties that I am aware of. Is this a Subway policy ordo they have a rogue employee? Sandwiches were made incorrectly and way tooo much sauce on them. When you picked up the sandwich the sauce literally dripped... off the sandwich because there was so much put on it. That's what happens when you order online and can't watch what they aredoing to your sandwich. I WII NOT REVISIT THIS SUBWAY AGAIN. !!! I WILL DRIVE THE 25 MINUTES TO GET TO GREEN BAY AND GO TOANY OTHER SUB SHOP BUT THIS ONE BLEW IT!. They said I ordered green peppers on 2 subs which i can't even eat and if that wasthe case why did they only put them on 1 of the subs? I asked for NO LETTUCE on the different of the 3 and they loaded it withlettuce. I don't understand what they were doing at all. That along with all the sauce made it impossible to salvage much ofthe subs to eat so most of them went into the trash. Tried calling the manager and all we did was play phone tag and the secondtime she didn't return my call. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS SUBWAY TO EAT AT AND I WILL NOT BE RETURNING THERE EITHER. Might be the worst Subway ever. Im a truck driver and no other Subway in the state have i had such a bad experience. Just moved... to the area, I stopped in for my first time. All 3 employees were sitting at a table burried into their phones doing nothing,when i pulled in the parking lot til i walked in the door they all death stared me. One moaned, got up and walked behind thecounter than told me I wouldn't be served if i didn't put on a mask. I did. She was short and rude the whole time and the secondI left she went back down and sat with the other 2 and went back to their phones. I find it ironic that in 8 months, travelingall over the state the one Subway with the worst service and the only one that forced me to wear a mask was also possibly themost disgusting. The counters were covered in grease and food debris, the tables were gross, the oven doors were all open andcovered in grime. I just moved here, but i will never go back to this location. Read more
Was recently asked to leave because I wasn?t wearing a mask. Health conditions prevent me from wearing one. Noticed a man... waiting for his Togo order with no mask on. A male employee (Tim I believe his name is) is the only one there that gets it done.If he?s not there my co workers and I know we?re going to miss half our lunch break. Read more
From my experience, most Subways are pretty much the same as far as taste. There are a whole lot of differences when it comes to... service, friendliness, and cleanliness. I put the Luxemburg Subway at the top of the list for all three categories! They areopen 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I eat there all the time! Read more
I go to this subway almost three times a week for lunch. The employees remember who you are and are very friendly. The store is... very clean as well. Its is a nice place that i do not mind getting my lunch. Read more
We absolutely love this location it's always clean the staff is always friendly. The food is really good.
