Horrible experience!!! Young female employee chasing 2 kids under 6 years old around the dining area. The same young female and... a young male acting up behind the counter. The same 2 young kids running around and climbing on the counter in front ofcustomers and being VERY loud. Finally a female employee came out of the bathroom and made the kids sit down. It's a place ofbusiness, not a daycare. If the employees want to act up, don't do it in front of customers. VERY unprofessional of the staffand especially the manager for not controlling the situation...Unless it was the manager's kids. I will not be visiting thislocation again, even though it is 3 minutes from my house. Read more
The workers are extremely rude, kept my card for 5 minutes after paying, I had to ask for it back, gave me the wrong food,... always standing around or out back smoking/on their phones talking to each other. Just an entire list of things that are wrongwith this restaurant. It's legitimately 2 minutes from my house and I will drive 15 minutes out of the way to the other locationfor better service than go to this one anymore. As a former retail/fast food/customer service worker, I'd be embarrassed totreat my customers this way. It's gross. Read more
Order through drive-thru had crispy chicken sandwich asked for it fresh we waited of which was fine& to be expected got my food... chicken was dark like they refried it...so it was either that or the grease needed to be changed. I didn't call or go back Ijust want go there again...this is a place I usually visit I'll go to another also...the cashier never smiled but and waschewing gum...NOT in food service that was just weird. Currently eating here and it?s.. all over the place. Our order took forever to get and was wrong when we did get it. My fries... had some kind of fuzz on them, my husband?s beef and cheddar didn?t even have the cheddar and the chicken nuggets were aboutburnt to a crisp. The employees are yelling and making weird noises at each other.. I just wouldn?t come to this one again. Read more
This location is kind of hit or miss lately. Got food tonight, $43 worth of food and it was mostly all inedible. Fries,... jalapeño poppers all old tasting and burnt. I seriously think I was given old food that had just been sitting. Meals weren'tcorrect so had to go back around again. Still wasn't correct. Super annoyed!!! Can't get anyone to answer the phone either.Ridiculous. Just threw it all away with the exception of 2 little roast beef sliders. As you can see in the pictures this foodwas burnt and old. I can't believe that they thought serving this was a good idea. But hey, it wasn't your food so who cares Iguess?? Appreciate it guys! Read more
I have been sitting in line at the drive through for a solid 15 minutes, behind 1 car. Last time I got home to find no meat on... my "turky" sandwich. This was your last chance... So I just got home to find my Turkey bacon ranch loaded with MUSTARD! and nobacon The pleasant young lady at the window doesn't make up for getting 2 orders in a row wrong. I love Arbys food but I'll getit at another location from now on. Read more
Surprised the milkshake was really good the drive-thru was kinda slow.
Food is usually great, the shifts are a little different, sometimes the workers are awesome sometimes not so much, still a good... Arby's overall. Food is usually made fast and the line if there is one doesn't take too long, like I said most of the workersare great people, but occasionally there are some that are not very motivated to be there or impatient with you and that's why Idid 4 stars Instead of 5.
