Husband got a double cheeseburger and it was pitiful. Nothing like advertised. Patty's were so dry he could hardly swallow his... food. He added ketchup to it to see if it would help. Food had a nasty taste to it. I took a bite of his burger and it wasaweful. He couldn't finish it. Won't be going back to the Lyman Hardee's again. Read more

I usually visit a Hardees every morning and I've visited this particular one several times in the past. Today as I went through... the drive thru, I ordered a breakfast platter and for the meat I ordered chicken. The lady running drive-thru informed me thatit would be a $3.00 upcharge which I said, I don't care, that's fine; however, I let her know that the Reidville Rd store didn'tusually charge an upcharge. At this point this lady got a real bad attitude and made the statement "Well, this ain't ReidvilleRd." to which I responded, "Is there a problem? Why the attitude?" She proceeded to belittle me and told me that I was the onewith the attitude! I explained to her that I would take my business elsewhere, to which she responded, "Well good! Bye!" I meanreally, I'm sure that Hardees didn't teach their employees to act this way! I was very surprised to say the least! That kind ofattitude is not necessary and certainly not in the work place. She may have been having a bad day and I understand that;however, you have lost a customer for, at least, this location! Read more

This place is terrible. Came in and ordered food and was never given a receipt and after sitting and waiting what seemed like... forever I went up to inquire. The food was cold and even though the manager was apologetic I don?t see why you would serve foodyou know has been sitting. Instead of dropping fresh hasbrowns you just serve the ones that?s been sitting. I will never comeback to this location. The location in Greer is much better! I know times are hard but there?s no excuse. Read more

We had hoped to get a sausage biscuit but they don't serve items that are on the Breakfast menu after 10AM, even though we were... the only ones in there at that time. We left and went nextdoor to the QT. Really disappointed because Hardee's biscuits are farbetter. Read more

I use to work at Hardee?s back in the 90?s and management staff back then took pride in their job. My question and complaint... would be, where is the quality in the management and staff , who cares about the job and the customers they serve? I went therearound 8:30pm, with there being only a truck in the drive thru and one man in the lobby. I walked to the counter and the managerwas helping an employee bag up some chicken tenders with another employee. She turned her head and looked at me then walked offwithout addressing the fact that I was at the counter waiting. She walked to the back and stood at the prep table still notaddressing me at the counter. Finally the girl working at the front turned around and took my order, which was not the problembut the problem was the management. I waited for my order which was just 1 apple pie and I observed the store. The girl wassweeping in spots and did not sweep the food from underneath the equipment, then she started mopping again in spots, not thewhole floor. The management was slouchy, lazy, and did not carry herself as a manager as her clothes were just sagging off her.My issue if you do not take pride in your job and your customers, then why are you in a position that is clearly not for you.WHERES THE QUALITY IN THE PEOPLE working these jobs. If we find those people then I am sure business should pick up. No onewants to eat in a unsatisfactory food place where employee?s and management do not appear to care about their job? Read more

I ordered the French toast dips, cooked light. I got these nasty things, that you can't even bite into. They are so hard, they... could be used as a weapon. Leave it to Hardee's in lyman to mess up something as simple as French toast sticks. Tried to call ofcourse no one can answer the phone. Definitely won't be going back, they mess up every single order here lately. Read more
