1st customer service was lacking. Their conversation was much more important than taking orders had to get a sandwich with no... lettuce because lettuce was old and turning brown. Staff took no initiative to make sure vegetables were fresh. Chicken steakwas over cooked and dry. Bread was old. Cooks was throwing hot sandwiches together. Spent 32.00 and will never do again. Called before placing order. Talked to Jamie, and they were AMAZING. Sandwiches were too PERFECTION!!!!. I can't comment on... all the bad comments/reviews but OWNER OF THIS LOCATION, I'm a frequent too JMS.. MY JM MEMBERSHIP IS PROOF.. SINCE 2012. inCalifornia. and Washington state. I had visited a Jersey Mikes in Uniondale and the customer service was 100/10. Food 100/10. So I decided to try one closer to my... house which is this location.I had a horrible experience. The Manager seemed to be having a bad day and ignored all thecustomers in the lobby. (She one the one taking orders) I waited 20 minutes for my order to be taken I had asked her a questionabout the food and she was very rude. Two customers waited about 20 minutes and then left as well. By the time they were donemaking my sandwich I had to go back to work.the sandwich was still being made and I had to politely say that I don?t want thesandwich anymore because I won?t be able to eat it because my break is over.Please save your time and money. Terrible service. Staff looks like they can't wait to go home. I ordered a sandwich and its like I was interrupting their... texting. Probably why my order was wrong. I ordered Hot sub with lettuce. Got it with no lettuce. Next time I went - I informed them . So my next Hot sub came with little... bit of lettuce but they went OVERBOARD on jalapeños. It was literally a Jalapeño Sandwich. I get vibes it was done on spite. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. Read more
I placed an online order to be ready at 12 - 1 sandwich and 1 bag of chips.. i waited an additional 20 mins for my order... meanwhile they were completing other ppls orders who weren?t even there at the to pick up yet. I pre order online about 30 minutes before I got there and the one sandwich I ordered was not done . I sat there waiting for 15... minutes more cause I figured they were busy and making my Sandwich!
