Truth be told, I have never noticed this establishment until I got notifications from the Untouchable Djs about their Saturday... Night Events. I?ve been following the Untouchables for years and will continue to do so. This venue has a great ambiance , thebartender on Saturdays is amazing , the waiter Walter is my favorite and the pastas & wings are my go to. I came to jazz nightonce , and it was actually a nice vibe(my 1st time at any jazz event) something i will attend once in a blue. I will continueto come to this venue. Read more

Update: This has nothing to do with Haitians. And the tone of your response only goes to support the fact that this venue does... not respect its patrons. If there is a special event, that should be clearly articulated or posted at the entry. The only thinga patron can tell is that they went to Oulala and did not get treated properly. If you are the owner, I would strongly advisethat you speak with the promoter or have one of YOUR staff at the door to advise your patrons of the distinction. And on your"Haitian" comment, we are trying to patronize black and Caribbean-owned businesses. If you don't want our business, I will beglad to share that info with my community. So now you deserve less than 1 star. Original: Not sure I understand what I amgetting for my cover fee here. Went from $20 to $25 now. No tables. Actually, you are not even allowed to STAND in certainspots. Ended up just leaving. Read more

Ou la la is amazing. When i tell you their happy hour is on point with buy one get one free plus their food was just simply... mouthwatering. They even have events throughout the week including their Jazz nights on Wednesdays. This is also a great spot tohave events as they have a stage and a big space. I highly recommend to come here. The decor is nice, clean , love the music. Wait staff are extremely helpful, friendly and professional. Food not that... impressive, I know what Haitian food taste like, their version failed my expectations. Otherwise it's a great place to dine, love the drinks and atmosphere. Love the DJ and dancing. I brought my dad here for Father's Day brunch and he loved it. We were served authentic Haitian food per request while Haitian... music played in the background. The akra, griot, and green plaintains were made to perfection. We felt like VIPs! Marlene was soaccommodating and personable. We will definitely be back for Kompa night! ???????????????????????? The salmon & grits were delicious. Seasoned perfectly. The peach bellini was also amazing. Unfortunately, this was the only good... brunch dish. The restaurant was full & everyone's chicken was burnt and overcooked with their chicken & waffles. The shrimp wasovercooked and rubbery with the shrimp & grits. I saw french toast that was never eaten on plates. Everyone complained if theydidn't get the salmon and grits. ???????????? Read more

This place is a hidden gem in Nassau County. I came here on a Wednesday evening to listen to the Live Jazz band and they were... great. The Ambiance is nice, friendly staff, food delicious, and drinks weren't watered down. I do think they need to advertisethis place more via social media etc, so people in the area are aware they exist. There wasn't too much of a crowd that night, but the band didn't seem to mind, they played like it was a full house! Read more
