The absolute best breakfast place with the nicest employees! I came the morning of 8/10/22 and the girl behind the counter was... so kind about my gluten free order and told me how carefully they prepare it. I am so thankful and appreciative! Blue ridge bagels is a must in Lynchburg Virginia! I have tried several of their sandwiches for both breakfast and lunch and... have never been disappointed. I have always thoroughly enjoyed their sandwiches. In addition their bagels are very affordablewhich enables you to come back multiple times. I have also tried the multiple flavors donuts and coffee they have. I have alsoenjoyed these other options on their menu. Overall I would definitely recommend blue ridge bagels. Read more
Heard many good things about this place so had to come by and try it out. I ordered the Bully bagel sandwich and it was amazing!... Perfect blend of flavors! TL/DR: We love Blue Ridge Bagels. Took a recommendation to come check it out while we were on campus at LU for College For A... Weekend and it didn't disappoint. Worth the short trip to get here. Why My Rating? Group Size: We typically come in with 4-8people with us. It never takes long to be served. Food: The bagels are top notch. The breakfast sandwiches are just what you'dhope. We've only been in the morning so I can't speak from experience on lunch items but have heard the same. Will be tryingsoon. Location: On Leesville Rd as you get close to Waterlick. Parking is tight in front but plenty on sides. Staff: The staffis always welcoming and helpful. Atmosphere: I love this place. It is comfortable and feels like a sweet hometown breakfastplace. Recent upgrades have only made it easier to navigate the menu. We love the counter by the window! Cleanliness: Therestaurant was clean and comfortable. Prices: Very reasonable. I ordered the bacon and cheese bagel to go. When I got to my destination and bit into my sandwich, I noticed the bacon was not... just extra crispy, but was burnt. No big deal I thought, I'll just call back to the store and explain the situation to get itresolved. When I called back, I spoke to someone whom I kindly explained the situation. That person told me to hold on. Iwaited, and waited. After what seemed like forever I finally hung up. If the person I originally spoke with simply apologizedand said come on back and we'll take care of it.. Cool. But all I got was a long sigh and I didn't get to speak to the personin charge. We heard about this place from some locals and also saw it on the Bring Fido app. It did not disappoint! The service was... fantastic and they are pet friendly on both outdoor patios. They also had two gluten-free bagel options; Plain and Everything.We both decided to get egg and cheese sandwiches with the gluten-free everything bagel, at the suggestion of the employee wespoke with. We also got iced Vanilla coffee with almond milk. Even the ice cubes were frozen coffee, which was a really nicetouch. The bagel sandwiches were delicious, as was the coffee. Although the coffee was a bit sweet for our liking, but we don'tnormally add sugar to our coffee. We toned it down a bit with some regular coffee we had been sipping on in the car and thatmade it perfect for us. But we're not your normal coffee drinkers, so it's probably spot on for most people. The man that works in here has always been so nice! I moved away from the area and came back today, after probably 2-3 years, to... get breakfast and it really does mean a lot to see the same face just as friendly as ever! I love the iced coffee with thecoffee cubes. The price is extremely reasonable and great quality. Read more
