This is the single worst restaurant I have ever eaten food from. Period. And not because the food is bad, but solely due to the... astonishingly poor management. I ordered through the app (from across the street in the Food Lion parking lot) at 8:57pm. WhichI didn?t even give a second thought to at the time, because the app said they closed at 11pm? no worries. However, when Iarrived at 8:59pm I was told that they were closed and that they couldn?t make my food for me. I was frustrated by this but,having worked in restaurants for over a decade, certainly did my best to be as understanding as possible. And besides, the youngman, Nick, at the window was very polite and offered for me to get my order made the next day at no charge. Okay, it is what itis, I guess. I called up the next day and happened to speak to Jonathan (the manager who was apparently also working the nightbefore). Well, unfortunately, Jonathan was not nearly as polite as Nick had been the previous night. In fact, I would sayJonathan?s attitude was that of apathetic indifference; and his overall demeanor was snide, sarcastic, and downrightdisparaging. And I was, as one would expect, more than a little unhappy when Jonathan explained I would not be getting my foodand that ?Nick had no authority to do that? when I told him about Nick?s offer to make my purchase the next day. So, afterending my call with Jonathan, I (for the first time in my life) contacted the corporate office about a problem. I was assuredthat my money had been refunded (it had not at that time but was eventually) and that someone from the local district officewould contact me ?soon.? The new barbeque bacon chicken sandwich was good. But the customer service made it that much better. The guy at the register... (Lawrence) is great at doing his job. Service was top notch. So friendly and accommodating. I was trying to find a specific sandwiche and wasn't successful, but they... really tried. Great service/Friendly people at the front. I may be old-fashioned but I just really like talking to a person to take my order... instead of walking up to a giant touch-screen. Burger King still employs people to do this and I appreciate that. The buildingwas very clean. And the location is great (I have waited in here for both long Mr. Tire service and also MedExpress waits). Theonly negative is that they still have their playplace shut-down, which seems to be more out of convenience for them than concernfor public. Our kids used to like to go here but not now. Read more
We had a great experience at this Burger King. We were greeted by the shift supervisor who was very friendly. Our food was... served quickly and was hot and delicious. The restaurant was clean as well. The restrooms were very clean. Thoroughly enjoyedeverything. Highly recommend this Burger King if you have a Whopper craving. Read more

Don't bother coming. 50/50 shot they are actually open anyway. Can't hold a staff, very slow service when they actually are... open, low accuracy when you actually get your food. Stopped by at 9pm today (Maps says open til 11). Sat at the drive throughto silence, pulled around to the window to see headsets hung up, front door was locked. Read more
