After the appetizer, the wait was over 30 minutes, but luckily we got our appetizer. The triple dipper was ok. There are flies... flying around which was annoying. The waitress didn?t seem to understand that we wanted more than just an appetizer, and whenshe finally came back she just refilled our drinks. Big ?ol fat flies buzzing around my fake mashed potatoes. Enjoyed the hamburger overall and ignored the ingredient I... specifically requested not be added. Left a little thirsty because our server didn?t offer refills on beverages till we?d waitedawhile for the presentation of the check. Huge rips in vinyl booth seats aren?t comfortable on bare legs. Staffing shortage so the wait time for food was pretty long, but it was good though. Waitress was a sweetheart and was trying... her best for how busy they were. One star review however is for the horrible attitude and customer service of the bartender.Staffing shortage does not excuse having an employee like that work for you. Read more
I love Chili's. I know it's a chain, but it consistently delivers no matter the location. I always love the street corn and the... lava cakes. This Lynchburg location was no different! Food was good and service from Steven was fantastic. No complaints fromme! Read more
Convenient location right by the airport. There was no wait and the staff were all friendly, even though we had a newer waiter.... The food was quite delicious and well-priced for the serving sizes. Try the chicken margarita with an Arnold Palmer. Apparently,the chicken fajitas were also good says my buddy. I?d recommend the place as it has great food and great service. Read more
This place is amazing, our waiter Mary was the best ever, she brought sauces before the meal so we wouldn't have to wait ajd the... food would get cold. She filled our drinks up frequently, gave us chips, had a positive attitude, and was personal. The foodwas great and the atmosphere was good too, the seats were spread out for covid policy and the waiters wore masks. Wonderfulchilis! Read more
I am a visitor to the area. Went to this establishment to eat a good meal after traveling all day. I choose to sit at the bar.... I was greated only after the bartender was finished her drama story about a co-worker and how she how to come to work today anddo dishes because of her. I also heard about an employee that went on break and never came back. If it was not for rocky I wouldof sat there longer without even a drink. I ordered a house salad and a bowl of chili. The salad was horrible with wilted springmix. She did get me another one and it was worse. The chili was so spicy, but that is not your fault..it's mine. I only drankhalf my beer then I had to go. I could not sit there any longer with bad food and work drama..I was a customer and really didnot need to hear about chili's employees. The guy who brought them bread in received better customer service than the customers.Waitress did take off the salad So I paid for a bowl of chili that I did not eat and a beer I did not drink.
