I ordered one burrito regular and one burrito bowl. They were half spooning beans, meat choice, salsa, sour cream, cheese and... the corn (The corn, no joke). They seemed ready to challenge me if I mentioned how much of a skimp the server women were being.Instead I chose to get my one drink and bag of chips, pay the $28 dollar total and be on time with surprising my wife with aChipotle lunch. What I did not know is that this location has started to mix their very stale chips with their fresh chips. So Itolerated their skimpyness just to have my wife start our lunch off telling me the chips are stale, the bowl and burrito weregood as always but the bad chips set the lunch mood in a bad light. I hope this gets addressed. If the store wants to contact merespond to this review, I'm reasonable and give just the facts. To those who use this review have safe travels this holidayseason. My sister and I dropped in for a late lunch. The employees were all polite and helpful but Adam's character definitely stood out... as kind and customer oriented. He checked on us as he was leaving for break just to make sure we were enjoying our food. Nowthat's certainly a star employee! Read more

The food is normally good. Today the guacamole had lumps of unripe avocados. The chips were stale when I told the staff about... the stale chips they said they were all made that morning. A second bag was also stale. Chips do not go stale that fast. I didget a refund but they did not check the chips and continued to sell the stale chips. One burrito that was not filled all the way was over $10. I understand prices went up but now they skimp of the food!?? I'm... disappointed. I even asked if she could put some more lettuce in and she added like a pitch. When they have no problem at allrolling up the burrito it's not a good sign :( I give 4 stars because the cashier was kind and the food does taste good, but Iwill not be a regular at these prices and quantities. Absolutely terrible service. Came in at 4 PM on a Sunday. Older couple in line in front of me had clearly been waiting a long... time, as they keep turning around and looking around. For 5 minutes not a single employee said anything to them, who knows howlong they had already been there. There were no customers in the dining area, so things were pretty slow on that side. There wasone employee working the online order station, and another employee running the grill. Things can be short-staffed, I know.Finally the online order person approached the couple and took their order, they paid, and I was next in line. Another employeearrived to work and was about to help me with my order, when the grill man told the employee that he needed her on somethingelse, in front of me as I'm trying to place an order. I could see that she was torn and was trying to explain that she was goingto help me, but he again told her he needed her and she turned away. The online order employee was going to help, but then gotan online order and went to make that instead. A 30 minute wait for chipotle when I'm the next person in line. People don't mindwaiting, but they mind not being addressed and advised that it may be a while. This type of service communicates that you don'tcare about the customer in front of you, and that they don't need your business. I certainly wouldn't be giving it to them anylonger if I were you. I ordered 2 large cups of queso and this is what I got. They legit gave me 2 half cups. I had it delivered to my job and had... already paid so it's not like I could have it fixed. They may as well have just given me 1 full cup and called it a day. Read more

No beef with Chipotle! The staff will engage you the moment you enter. The food was honestly presented and other than a layer of... semi-cooked rice, was very good. I requested another burrito with fresh rice and they were happy to fix another. When askedabout their allergy policy, the employee stated that the first step is to replace the serving spoons. This is definitely a stepin their process that would allow cross contamination, good call. Next, only one person would prepare that meal and if necessarythe ingredients would come straight from the stove or refrigerator. I observed appropriate glove usage, hand washing, meat fullycooked and checked with a probe thermometer. When necessary, single use spoons were uses to taste food and monitor quality. Afire extinguisher was mounted in the dining area along with the restaurant capacity and wet floor signs were safely tucked underthe drink area. The safety culture was robust! Although it was 2:30pm most of the tables still had food or beverage residue onthem. Overall I had no beef with this Chipotle! Read more
