The staff tonight was so friendly and helpful, and were absolutely on top of keeping the buffet clean and stocked. They were... very sweet and helped me get my pizza when I was struggling with it (I have nerve damage in my hand). I really hope the stafftonight get recognition for doing such an amazing job, if their manager sees this, please give them all raises, they definitelydeserve it! Read more
Cicis pizza is by far the worst sit down buffet there is. The floor is sticky, the air doesn't work and the food is way under... par. If it wasn't for the kids liking pizza I would never eat there again. Read more
We had a large gathering and everyone wanted pizza so this place was chosen. The restaurant has lots of space to have a large... gathering, unfortunately we didn't have anyone come and take the plates so they piled up on the tables. I noticed that the pizzais not very flavorful but not awful. We did enjoy the desert pizza. Read more
I swear some of you act like you're a world renowned food critic and it's obnoxious and corny. You guys come up with some stupid... reasons to give this place either a bad or a mediocre review. Half of you probably haven't ever worked in the food industry soyou'll never understand the issues that can come up. With that being said, I love Cicis! Always have and always will. The foodis great and I love that they will make you specialty pizzas. We always get a veggie pizza and ask for them to add jalapenos. Itis amazing and my favorite pizza in town. Still kind of cheap for a buffet so always an option. The pizza has gotten a little less flavorful and slower to come out but... the staff is always nice and place is always clean. Wish they would open the game room back up! Read more
This place has the best salad in the Burg'. And the price point is excellent for what you get. It's clean inside. The staff is... very helpful and friendly. The manager on duty is great. She checks on you to make sure you're okay. I'm adding this place backinto my rotation. They've done a complete turnaround from back in the day. Good food at a good price, the pizza tastes as expected for a buffet style pizza place. Not bad at all. I ordered the wings for... an extra $5 and had to go up to the register to remind them to make the wings. They forgot to make them. I had to get a refund.Disappointed. Read more
First my host was great. Smiled, and friendly. Second, the main food. The salad and pizza was fine, not the best I ever had.... Soda and counters were clean. Here's were the ratings plummet. The dessert was a soggy mess. The cinnamon rolls. Bad. Theyneeded to be cooked more. Adding the pumpkin frosting just made it worse. The price was just tad too high. For $12.50 person Igot get a healthier meal at Chipotle. Read more
