TL/DR: Remodel. New look. Excellent service. Great food. We really enjoyed this location. Why My Rating? Group Size: We came in... with 5 today. Served with no issues. Food: The whole KFC menu is appetizing. I had the Spicy Chicken sandwich and so did mywife. Our group also had tenders, 2 pc meal, and a kids meal. All were made to order, hot and delicious. There is a boardshowing where the chicken was from and who is cooking today. Location: Corner of Greenview and Timberlake. Pretty easy in andout using Greenview. Timberlake can be a bit tougher during certain times. Staff: Greeted as we walked in. Very friendly. Staffseems to care about their store. Atmosphere: Literally the reason we stopped here. The outside looked amazing only to beoutdone by the interior. We all commented on how clean, welcoming, and comfortable the inside was. Booth seating was reallycomfortable. I came here last night. Placed an order, asked if they had a certain meal, which they do have, but the person stated ?we do not... have that?. So then I proceeded to order something different. Got my food, and noticed a drink was missing, and I checked theapp to see if this certain meal was sold at this location, and it was. Clearly the worker was too lazy to even check. So Iproceed to place a mobile order, with the meal that I wanted, and I had to swoop around and get a tea that was not given to methe first time around. When I got to the window, the lady basically accused me of lying about missing a tea. After the attitude,she gives me a tea and they proceed to tell me to pull up front to wait for my mobile order. The man comes out with the mobileorder and forgets both of my teas again. This was probably the worst experience I?ve ever had when involving fast food inLynchburg. Read more
