They had a special that said buy one get next for a dollar,. I ordered a big mac & a 2nd big mac plus a large french fry. When I... got my order I only had one big mac. I called the girl back to the window and said I didn't get my 2nd big mac. I gave her thereceipt. She said I thought you ordered a french fry, which I said I did but you had a special for getting 2nd big mac for adollar. She walked off saying you will have have to pay for that which I replied for a dollar! The gentleman who brought me mybig mac handed to me and said don't worry about it. He must have been a manager & had a much better disposition than the girl. Ithanked him and left. The girl needs to learn how to treat customers! I wasn't looking for a handout but I will take advantageof a great special like that. With the prices of anything anymore you get a deal where you can. Big kudos to the gentleman whotook over. Beyond slow drive-thru. Many cars pulled away without being served. It may be that the door dash was sitting at the window for... 20 minutes. Food delivery services should not use the drive-thru if this is the case. I do like the one-dollar drink. Read more
This is and has always been the worst McDonald's location in Murfreesboro. If you can wait out for the next location trust me I... would. I finally learned my lesson. I always always have to wait for my food. I was told once I had to wait for fries, then whenI got then they were old and cold. So what was I waiting for. This locations n has been serving the public for well over 35yrs. At least as long as the 'Chicken McNugget', was marketed after... my Grandfather introduced the small scrap cutlets cubed and battered fried - chicken nugget, to our family in the 40's as he wasthe largest poultry producer around his area of the East and extra was a blessing.... I just got the best service I have ever gotten at a fast food restaurant at this location. The employee at the window mixed the... specific number of cream and sugars I wanted into my coffee for me and even asked how crispy I would like my hash browns.
