I been there twice this week. Tuesday evening and Friday evening. No one working register and had to use the kiosks. People... were really rude when asked for assistance, ketchup, salt, straws etc. Because nothing was stocked. They literally did clearlydid not want to be bothered for anything. They can?t get my order right. I can?t leave my kids and food at the table to go make it right. The front staff refuses to bring... the food to the tables in the play area. Sat the food down across the room and said come get it yourself. Then there was driedmelted ice cream up in the childrens play place. Honestly it?s the attitude of the staff that earns this star. The manager Courtney is absolutely amazing this store is very lucky to have someone so hardworking and so great with customer... service. I definitely try to go when she's working because I know the shift will be ran very smoothly and my order is righteverytime. Kudos to Courtney for being an all star manager, and thank you so much for your amazing service and impeccablefood,it just hits so different when she's there. I'm huge on customer service I never disrespect any team members I just calllet them know there was a mistake and I go back and they fix it. This store isthe only store I go to in lynchburg and get greatservice and feel appreciated. Usually I only go here for breakfast on the way to work, and it?s always been good. I?d give it 5 stars if the staff didn?t act... like they hated their life half the time. I work in retail and have for 25 years, so I know how hard customer service is, andhow demanding customers have gotten over the years, but sometimes you gotta just put a smile on your face and move on.
