The server is very friendly and extremely quick and I had no issues with the server whatsoever. . The food was the issue both my... wife and I did not enjoy our meals... I have no idea how you can make pasta taste bad but somehow they managed. The breadstickstasted old. On the bright side the salad was good. As well as the tea and the tiramisu were good. My family and I just had the worst dine in experience we have ever had at this location. There was a table next to us with 6... college age people and 2 adults that were so loud and obnoxious. They were overly loud. They completely did not care thatother families were trying to eat. We could not hear the waitress talking to us at our table or could we hear each other at ourown table. I told our waitress several times and she agreed that they were exceptionally loud. I got the manager, he agreedbut told me that he could not do anything about it. I asked for a discount on my dinner and he told me he is not allowed todiscount a bill and that I was eating inside a restaurant and that it was goin to be noisy. I told him that was ridiculous andthat people need to keep there laughter and conversation to a tone and volume at their table and not every one in the restaurantshould be inconvenienced by other rude people that obviously do not have any home training. This is a popular Restaurant in our city. My friend wanted to celebrate her Birthday - so we went for a 6pm dinner. It was not... overcrowded and the hostess seated us right away. The atmosphere was nice- family oriented Our waitress was friendly, attentive,and spot on with recommendations The food was good and plentiful. The unlimited salad and bread sticks definitely a favorite.The sweet ice tea was the best i have had in a while- fresh with the right amount of sugar. The prices are still reasonable andnot much of an increase due to the pandemic. Our meal for 4 adults with drinks was around $80.00 . Read more
The only reason this is getting 4 stars is because our server was pulled aside and spoken to (in some form I am not aware of) by... management which in turn affected her work. However, Anna was a wonderful, happy, friendly, spot-on server and if she could waitour table everywhere we ate, I'd put her in my pocket! She was very helpful. Very patient, helped us decide on a few items weordered when we were torn, she kept our drinks full, our table full of food and clear of finished dishes. I know we all needdirection or guidance or some form of critiquing, but my suggestion to the management is to do it in a down period or before orafter a shift. Not while your employee has tables. Customer service has always been excellent for years. Recently, we entered and the young lady who was cleaning the wall stopped... and ask if we were with a group and took us to our table while the host was taking care of another guest. Our server was sokind and patient even with 3 kids running around and one of our toddlers hugging her legs. The servers have always beenexcellent in the past. The food portion is great for both adults and kids, you get a lot of food and 2 meals for kids. Read more
I have not been to any Olive Garden in a while and given this recent experience I am unlikely to go back again. We arrived... around 5:00 this evening and waited around 20 minutes to be seated, which is understandable given we had a party of 8 with atoddler. After that however, the service was not understandable. Our food took well over an hour to arrive after ordering andour waitresses service was lackluster at best, having us distribute drinks, salad and soup across the table, making servalremarks about how busy she was and for some reason letting us know on at least two occasions that she couldn’t afford herrent. The food was what to be expected of an Olive Garden: marginal Italian food at a reasonable price. May need to raise thefood prices to help their wait staff or hire more professional employees. Great place to eat Nice staff Relaxing Atmosphere Clean Good food :) We all had a wonderful family dinner here during... graduation week at Liberty University. Thank you to the wonderful wait staff and the chefs for a delicious Italian meal. Weappreciate it. Restaurant was very clean, nice ambience and comfortable for dining. We all had plenty left over to take backto the hotel room where I, of course, was guilty of cleaning them up later on the next day. Left over lasagna... yum! Read more
My partner and I went here on a Tuesday afternoon in December and it was pleasantly calm and not busy at all. We were served by... Alexis and she was very sweet, attentive, and wonderful. She got us refills without us asking and took care of all of our needs.One issue we had was about the food: the salad didn't seem to have enough dressing and the seafood alfredo didn't seem as thickand creamy as it usually is. Our other issue was the atmosphere: the manager (or whoever it was) was conducting an interview inthe section next to us and it was very distracting and borderline inappropriate.
