My wife and I thought we would treat ourselves to an easy dinner on a work night. We decided to get two roast beef dinners from... Peakland. The description sounded great. Unfortunately we were very disappointed with what we were served. The portion size wasnot nearly enough for two people, and we were not impressed with the quality. For example - the salad came in a small containerwith two cherry tomatoes, 5 cucumber slices, and spinach from a bag (this was meant to serve two). The green beans looked andtasted like your average frozen green beans. The roast beef was most disappointing, we each only had a few small slices for eachof us. Staff was friendly, and online ordering was easy, but we will not be back for dinner - the quality and quantity is notworth the money. Perhaps they are better as a catering company. Read more

Beth catered a very special private dinner for my mom's 70th birthday recently and the evening exceeded our expectations. From... the very beginning she was so amenable to any menu requests and dietary requirements. She also made sure to source the producefrom local farms and the seafood from Marsh Roots. It's those little details which make such a difference in the quality offood. A few hours before the meal, she came to the house to make sure all the details were in place, and her wonderful serverCynthia took over from there to make sure the service was seamless. We had a top notch experience at this hidden jewel in boonsboro! We ordered the ?Sunday? chicken which had asparagus, carrots,... salad, and pound cake to accompany it! My family of 5 was impressed and my youngest son really liked the salad dressing.
