Ordered on the sheetz app so it would be ready when i got there. paid at the kiosk and waited 20 mins for my food to come out.... turns out it was at the front and should have been given to me when i paid. Supposed to be a Taco salad, but more like a Salad with Taco Toppings.
I went this morning and got my wife and I breakfast. I got a breakfast sandwich that was cold in the center but somehow burnt on... the outside. She got a toasted bagel with cream cheese and they barely toasted it and scraped almost no cream cheese on it. FYIthey were not busy. We won?t be getting food there anymore. Read more
It?s hard to make a bad hot dog but they do! After posting this review, I was contacted by sheetz with a message containing a... phone number. I called and heard that I was 14 in line and I would be contacted. The day is over and I?ve not received a callfrom sheetz. This makes me think that sheetz only posted a reply for good appearances and has no intention to hear mycomplaint. Read more
(Update 5/21- things were clean and orderly on a recent visit) The cappuccino mix machine was so filthy none of the flavors... operated correctly. I could see one nozzle being stopped up but all of them? This should be cleaned daily If this operation isnot on the schedule it should be if it is somebody's slipping Read more
Update! Since my review this location has been remodeled and is now a brand new building from the ground up. Nothing about it is... the same. Everything is new and state pf the art. Could use a face lift. This Sheetz has been around for a while now on 221.The paint on the building is sun bleached as are the pumps. The interior is cluttered and not very spacious. The employees arefriendly though and the kitchen staff are eager and waiting to take your order. Food is still some of the best and is the bestplace on 221 for a late night meal. Read more
So I ordered ahead Philly cheese steak after a long day. Got home. Order I received was an Italian sub. Didn't check the... sandwich should of unwrapped everything I guess as a customer. Which I shouldn't. Got home to eat my sandwich. Was nothing Iwanted. Called told them the order number was wrong. And in order to get a refund I have to drive all the way back to thatlocation... No. Offered to send pic of everything with order number and receipt hat wasn't good enough. Will never order fromanother Sheetz again.check you bag before you leave. Ridiculous.
