Nice subway shop with good classic subway sandwiches. Normally, it is not very busy, which is nice. There are plenty of options... for an average price. The is plenty of empty seating too. It is coonviently located near other shops and stores along Timberlakeroad. It is definitely not perfect, but it is good. Read more
Do not tip by credit card when it asks you to!! The owner does not give the tips to the employees. I know you think you are... tipping the nice employees who helped you, but you arent. You are instead just donating money to the owner for things likelettuce and to go cups..its criminal. Someone needs to do something about this..The man owns like 4 other subways. I bet hesteals their tips too..he should be ashamed of himself. Read more
After a rough day, one where I encountered several poor customer service situations, one after the other Subway on Timberlake... was a much welcome relief both employees behind the counter were friendly and welcoming their positive upbeat attitude made mywait bearable. There was a wait, though the wait was due to a larger order, I dont fault the restaurant employees for that. Ina world where each fast food restaurant is run differently this Subway provided a clean, and enjoyable experience. Read more
