I have tried 3 times now.................NEVER OPEN at 7:30 am - Sign says open at 7 AM. When I asked the manager - was told... the system is not up....BUT the other Taco Bell's are open. WHO OWNS THIS ONE???? Read more

Taco bell is best food that exists excluding local/smaller fast food chains..I just love it. This place is among the best in... terms of taco bell service as well. Very convenient location too. Read more
Decent bean burritos but so much smaller than used to be! Nice clean newer location if you need a working lunch.
The negative attitude never ceases to amaze me. I receive my to go order at the counter by one staff, that says "Mike here's... your order." No thank you no nothing. Then I ask where is my drink the next person gives me a small cup. When I said I ordereda large she said "we are out of large cups." No apologies, no offer of anything. I asked if there is a discount she said "noit's the same price." How about I don't care if it the same price. If it wasn't for the fact I was on my way to work I wouldhave requested a refund. I'm done accepting mediocre service, we are paying high prices for this food so they can make their$15 + hr. At least we could get some kind of customer service. For now I will not be returning to this location. Maybe ifenough customers complain and demand refunds we will get the type of service we are paying for. WE ARE THE CHANGE WE WANT. I visited this location and was blown away with the amount of attitude & lack of care in regards to a mistake THEY made. Pulled... in to see multiple employees lounging around the restaurant which explains how my order was made incorrect in the first place. Ihope to see some better night managers and crew as a whole. Food Service & Customer Service is much easier than it is made outto be. A smile goes a long way???? Read more

Taco bell is my favorite restaurant so I will try not to be bias but this environment is amazing... Old forest Rd. Stays pretty... busy so for them to continue to get the people in and out is great service! The food is always done and perfectly made just asyou ask for it! Read more
