We looked for Asian cuisine, specifically searching for soup. Today is very cold and my wife wanted something to warm up. The... reviews were positive. It was clear that masks were required, which we had planned and prepared for each family member. Uponarrival, there was no dine-in seating and no message to lead us to believe we needed to pre-order. Your choice is to ordertakeout or have it delivered. We live too far away to have anything delivered. It also does not make any sense to order soupand drive 35-40 minutes home! Very disappointed!! I work across the street and eat here quite often, and I have never had an issue with the food or the service. Very quick and... the staff is always very nice and speedy. No complaints, would definitely recommend trying them if you have not. Read more
Awful customer service. They act like it was a problem to serve me simply because I asked how long it would be until I received... my food. I ordered online 10 minutes before I got there and still had to wait 20-30 mins with no one even checking to see what Iwas even there for. Food was not what it was supposed to be based on description. My Volcano roll was just a bunch of tempura,cream cheese and sauce. Very small piece of salmon. I will never eat here again.
