My 2 sons and I stopped in to order food and smoothies to go. My younger son and I sat at a table while my older son went to... the rest room. I would occasionally glance up to see the only male employee behind the counter looking at us and grinning asthough he was making fun of us. I rarely take notice of people, but this was difficult to miss. I would look at him to see himstaring and grinning,and he would turn away. This happened several times. Then a female employee then started talking aboutpeople with ?country accents?, which describes me since I was the one who placed the order and have a country accent. Thisoccurred around 4 or 5 in the afternoon on Saturday April 30th. A girl named Taylor took my order and she was not involved (asfar as I could tell), but I definitely could tell I was being made fun of. What really stood out to me was how blatantly themale employee just smirked,and the other employee didn?t mind talking about peoples accents. I?m sure if confronted they woulddeny every bit of this, but it did happen. As much as our culture has shifted to a culture of not looking down on others andbeing kind, it was disappointing to see people behave in this manner. Read more
Waited in line for 30+ minutes to get nasty smoothies. 2 out of the three tasted watered down but the 3rd one had soap in it?... not to mention the cashier asked me ?how much is this so I don?t have to count? it was only $25. I used to love this place:( Read more

Been coming here over a year. One of the hidden gems in the area. Even though they have more than one location, this place feels... like it?s the only one. Very clean, modern design feel and great atmosphere. Menu is always being changed with great food itemsat a great price and shakes that are unique and delicious. I would even bring a date here because I like it so much. Read more
