Sadly we skipped the full experience and had a waiter serve us. Faster seating, but cold steak and shrimp. Salad dressing was... separated and I ate my entire dinner with only a half glass of drink. Disappointed. Read more

Each time we?ve gone to Wasabi recently, the experience has gotten progressively worse. The wait time took forever (much longer... than quoted), the service was awful and the waiter tried to argue with us about paying a splitting charge (which we?ve ALWAYSdone) for an extra soup and salad on the Wasabi special. We continually had to ask the waiter for drinks after ordering themand the only saving grace was the hibachi cook. He was wonderful. Wish I would have gotten his name since he was the only goodpart of the entire evening. The bathrooms were super dirty and so was the floor around the tables. Sorry, but we won?t be backagain anytime soon to see if it?s gotten even worse. For a total bill of $100 with tip, we?ll go somewhere much better. Read more

Last several times we jus haven?t enjoyed it. Terrible service and slow. It had been a while so we tried again tonight. Servicee... was mediocre, sushi wasn?t as good as usual, half of party was almost done when our half got our food cooked (large party of15). Two persons didn?t get their 2nd meat of their meal they ordered. They also didn?t get one of their sushi rolls but werecharged. We received our tickets, gave our cards to pay and a bit later our tickets were brought back changed with an added wegive charge. Manager was rude and could careless. If there needs to be a service fee fine, but you don?t give your card to payand they change your ticket and bring it back. He knew the service was terrible and I guess felt he wouldn?t get tipped what hewanted. Either way you don?t do that. Sorry but we will not return. Read more

The sushi is bland and falling apart, were not properly rolled. The miso soup was not worth the price . If you love authentic... sushi you better go somewhere else . The sushi here is similar to store bought sushi . The only thing really worth the 60$ Ispent was the seaweed salad . That's about it . Not coming back.
