The food here used to be fresh and delicious. My order has been messed up quite a few times recently. We ate here frequently for... years but decided not to eat here anymore after this last visit. They no longer have any sort of flavor. Everything is bland.The burgers have 0 taste now. The nuggets were overcooked hard. We ordered 1 regular nugget and 2 orders of spicy nuggets. Thefirst spicy nugget had 3 regular nuggets with 1 spicy and the 2nd order had 3 spicy nuggets with 2 regular. They out mayo on oneof the baconator even though we asked for none. Thankfully, the baconator fries were at least good. That was about it. Read more
How is it I'm the only customer and you butcher my order... 2 french toast combos. One large sized, one medium oj, tea, & a... large wedge..... had to go back through the drive thru for my large wedge...cold fries and no syrup. Better believe I'm donewith this place. Never would think you could mess up on one customer... you deserve 0 ???? Read more
Having been through here several times as of late, it's a mixed bag on service. One night the lady in the lobby, was rather... rude and short. Not at all friendly. Another day going through drive thru, for some reason my card wouldn't go through, I heardanother employee say "we don't take that card" which is funny because it works absolutely fine literally everywhere else. So thenice young man at the window paid my burger for me as I had no cash and was very hungry. I went back a few days later and paidhim for the burger, with interest. So big shout out to that young man. Great person. Read more
Based on what I saw during my visit, I will not go back to this Wendy's ever again. I placed a mobile order and picked it up at... the drive through. When I pulled up to the window, the very first thing I see is one of the young men working there pick up afry off of the floor and throw it into the fryer. He was wearing gloves, and he did not change them after grabbing the fry offof the floor. So not only did he contaminate the frying oil with a French fry that was ON THE FLOOR, he also proceeded toprepare food with the same gloves that were used to make contact with the floor. Gross. Additionally, another young man therewas holding the paper cups for sodas with his hands IN the cups. Just holding it from the top, four fingers in the cup, thumb onthe outside. He was not wearing gloves, by the way, but that's still not how you hold a cup you're about to give to someoneelse. This is what I saw but what concerns me is what I didn't see. These actions came so naturally to these two employees thatthis could be standard practice for them. Best of luck to whoever gets that floor fry and hand cup. Read more
My cheese burgers were under cooked and the fries had way too much salt on them also I ordered sweet and sour with chicken... nuggets they put BBQ in the bag the cashier who took our order was rude this Wendy's doesn't do a good job and this is multipletimes this has happened I've visited this one hoping for a better experience but nope we will never come back to Timberlake rdWendy's Read more
Every time I go to use the drive through the line is all the way out to Timberlake road. Easily 30+ minutes waiting just to... order. Always very understaffed. I blame management. Maybe pay people enough to get enough help to serve customers? Update: "Iwill be with you in a moment" means you will be waiting exactly 18 minutes before they take your order. Read more
Waited 30 minutes in drive thru, got to window, unkept young man handed me order, I asked for receipt, handed me a crumpled up... receipt that wasn?t mine. I got home and was missing an item. This was second time. Will not go back. Read more
