I placed an online order for pickup at 845pm. I got to the store at 905 and wasn?t greeted for 20 minutes. When I was finally... asked if I had an order they said it had to be made still. Yikes. Total disaster inside. No organization, at all. Employees arguing with each other over who?s going to help the front... counter customers. Seemed like a free for all situation. At least 10 employees making pizzas but no one helping disperse them tothe customers and they were just stacking up. I was eventually helped by 3 different people none of whom could find my pizzas onthe rack. I received a text 5 minutes prior to getting there saying they were done mind you. Did end up leaving with my pizzas20 minutes later. 2 stars is because it tasted like dominos. Little cold though. Read more
Hours listed on Google and their own store signage are wildly inaccurate. - As a brief aside, you can no longer place over the... phone delivery requests without being rerouted to an overseas rep. Hooray for outsourcing customer service to underpaid foreignworkers! - So I stopped by the store on my way home at 8:45pm. Google has the store hours listed as 10:30am - 12:30am. Signson the door confirm this. There are also signs saying they?re ?open.? Oh and the lights are on, and there are multipleemployees inside doing various things pizza related things. But the doors were locked. So I knocked. And waited. And knockedagain. And waited a bit more. Then I went back to my car because it was freezing out. I can?t tell you how thrilled I was thatevery employee in there made a point to refuse to acknowledge or respond in any way to my presence at the door. Everyone ofthem did an absolute fantastic job at pretending the guy just a few feet away, on the other side of some very clean glass,percussively engaging with their door . . . . Wasn?t there. Kudos to their acting skills. The next time I?m in the mood for atheatre production I?ll be sure to stop by during open hours and let these guys entertain me. It?s free. Edit 200726: THE NEW WINGS ARE FANTASTIC!!! I was wary due to my last order of wings, but these were a HUGE improvement over the... old style! I got the Garlic Parmesan 10-Piece. Moist, tender, ULTRA-flavorful, fall-off-the-bone deliciousness! I was expectinga creamy sauce, but instead they're straight up doused in parmesan, garlic, and butter. Totally sinful and amazing. Bigger wingsthan before too. I'll be coming here for my wing fix over BWW from now on. Hopefully the other flavors are as good as these oneswere! This Domino's is awesome! I've ordered 3 pizzas from them, and I've had a great experience with every single one of them.The Domino's app makes ordering super easy. It shows all the current coupons, allows you to easily select/modify toppings (leftside/right side/whole pizza), and lets you track your pizza as it's made and then notifies you that it's ready to be picked up.I paid for my pizza and literally 10 seconds later I was notified it was in the oven. Just had the Chicken Bacon Ranch (w/ 50%off coupon yayuhh!) and it was the best pizza I've had in a longgg time! Definitely my go-to pizza joint in Lynden now. Somepizza toppings/sauce have been a bit light, but you can easily order extra. Read more
It was 10 minutes to closing, I ordered a 2 medium pizza with bread twists combo for delivery... not to mention I live all the... way across town, and the staff had already had a super busy day and opening weekend. The employee took my order with no problem,and great attitude. Delivered my order 25 minutes later, like 30 minutes after Domino?s had already closed for the night, thedelivery man had great manners at the door, my dog got out and he greeted her.. not important but I mean, he didn?t have to, itjust showed that the delivery man was a genuine person. Tipped the man for the great hospitality even after he was supposed tohave been off the clock, I?m so happy Lynden finally has a pizza place that is up late and has a variety of options. The foodhad no problems. The man on the phone gave me many crust options, the one I chose was so thick and soft, it went great with thejalapeño pizza, the pizza twists were also amazing, I chose to have Parmesan instead of garlic, with marinara dipping-sauce. Itwas an instant hit in my books. Was not hard at all, easy to eat, delicious. All in all. Great place to get pizza in Lynden...currently the best! Both hospitality wise and in quality of food! Second time here. The first time the service was not good. I arrived, asked for order and was told a few more min. Then a long... while later, I asked again the eta of order only to find it was ready but they were too busy chatting that nobody told me it wasready. Gave them a second chance, waited again, only to find they couldn?t bring out to me (as the app says) and I did not evenget called to be told of this so time was wasted yet again. Just horrible service from the people working there. Nocommunication at all or care at all. Read more
