No matter what location I go to in whatcom county the (last 2 years roughly) I have never once had a hot and ready be hot and... ready They literally never have any made it doesn?t matter what time I go it could be lunch or dinner or in between I always endup having to wait 15 to 20 minutes just for a hot and ready. It?s not a big deal But it would be nice if you kept more of themmade at all times so people could just walk in and ALWAYS be able to get a hot and ready I understand for the other menu itemsyou wait, but why advertise it as a ?hot and ready? when it literally never is Customer service is great no issues there at alleveryone?s always super friendly! Decent pizza for the price. Customer service is terrible. Almost always a 20+ min wait for 2 pizzas. Even at peak hours they... should adjust the "hot and ready" to fulfill customer needs. Been this way ever since remodel. They seem to care more aboutappearance than service. Read more
Went in for the 2 pepperoni pizzas for $14 deal on Tuesday but they charged me full price. Asked for and received a refund. Got... home and the pizzas weren?t fully cooked and were doughy.
