Appetizio's is my source for all things Italian. Fresh mozzarella, all kinds of ravioli, provolone, sundried tomatoes, Italian... bread, Genoa salami and soppressata are my almostly weekly purchases. But Johnny and Franky provide friendly service along withspecialties that Johnny creates. Chicken cutlets, sausage and peppers, red, green, black and stuffed olives are great. But myfavorite purchase is when Johnny makes rice balls. OMG, he is so inventive. They are magical. They have authentic imported foodslike pasta, roasted peppers, caponata, breadsticks and cookies too. But you can just go there for their sandwiches which arestuffed and made with care. They make platters for special occasions and 3 or 6 foot huge sandwiches. You will not bedisappointed. Do yourself a favor and pay a visit with Johnny or Franky. Just stopped in while visiting NJ. No idea how much I appreciate a good Italian deli, living in SC is tough. The guys working... inside ( maybe owners) were super nice. Food was great. Fresh mozzarella and chicken cutlet made in house. Fabulous! Read more
