This used to be my pizza shop out of convenience. The pizza is average, at best. Tonight I asked for a pizza roll to be made... fresh, only to come pick up one that had obviously been sitting for quite some time. The manager/owner was extremely rude and Iwill not be returning. As usual the food was delicious; however, the same cannot be said for service. We waited quite a while for food. We were served... our entrees, followed by our appetizers, and lastly my salad. We ended up taking most of it home since it was impossible toenjoy the food since it was served almost all at once. We would definitely order food for pick up, but will not dine in in thefuture. Got a slice plain slice and cup of water. Charged me $3.25 for slice and $1.75 for cup of tap water!!! When I asked, I couldn?t... believe the girl just said it?s for water. This just tells you how much they care about their customers. I feel cheated gettingcharged for tap water. Read more

I have to say no matter what time if day the food is fresh and delicious! Our last two visits were right before closing and the... pizzas were perfect. Often times I found other places undercooked them to close up kinda expected the same. I was verypleasantly surprised. Read more

Pizza is below average and has to be the rudest staff In town. Other than the two HS girls who work the front everyone in there... acts like they are doing you a favor. The guy running the place in the front has 0 social or customer service skills and thewaiters all seem like they hate their job. Overall in simple a bunch of miserable people & the food ls not anybetter. UPDATE: I have since returned and the guy making the pizza with no customer service skills seems to be gone. The newguy is professional and courteous. Although he don?t make the pizza that too has improved. I also have had a few other disheswhich are very good. The song/movie might sing, we don't talk about Bruno, but I'm signing to the top of my lungs about how delicious Mr Bruno's... pizza is. We flew into Newark and drove up to near our hotel and a quick search lead us to here for lunch. While the communityfeel was in full force as the local school had released the senior kids they all lined up for slice of pie! We sat down fortable service to see all the offerings. This place has gone downhill drastically over the years. The penne vodka is watery and bland now. I recently ordered a square... pie, one of the things I can?t usually go wrong with, and it came PIPING HOT with the cheese and sauce running everywhere. Theydidn?t wait for it to cool at all and shoved it in a pizza box and smashed the lid down so everything was a mess when itarrived. This is the second time this has happened. Read more

Ordered chkn parm sandwich. Had to throw out it was burnt. See photos. They seemed to have forgotten I was waiting there (at... the counter). I asked and the girl got my sandwich n I left. It was supposed to be on garlic bread and I don't think it was. Ijust can't believe they thought it acceptable to wrap and serve this. They should have remade the order even if you had to tellme it was an oversight and are making it now. In the garbage it went minus what chicken I could salvage from it.
