On Saturday, October 22nd I visited this restaurant with a friend for the first time. The visit was going great until my dinner... came out. I had ordered my lamb chops medium well and in the picture you can clearly see that they are burnt. When the platedcame out the lamb chops were flipped on the other side so that you could not see how burnt they were. I cut on piece andinstantly I could taste the burnt meat. Once my friend was able to get the waitresses attention, I told her that the lamb chopswere burnt and that I would like to order something else. She took the entire plate upon my request. I was happy that my issuewas rectified, however, I am disappointed with the lack of attention that was given to my order by the chef. No customer shouldever be served lamb chops like this. Read more
Our server was fantastic at Brio. We enjoyed both of our appetizers. We had the bruschetta sampler and spinach and artichoke... dip. However, our entrees left a lot to be desired. My lasagna (pictured) was sitting in a puddle of grease and tasted likethose rectangular sausage pizzas you would get in grade school. I would have actually preferred to eat the rectangular schoolpizza over this lasagna that we paid $18.99 for. We likely won’t be returning to Brio any time soon and will support morelocal Italian restaurants. Read more
I had an excellent Waitress Named Lauren who was very attentive, kind, thoughtful, and quick. She gave wonderful service At Brio... Tuscan Grille in Partidge Creek.If there was a leadership position available she should be considered first. I visited February8th and arrived around 1:30 pm (possibly sooner) . Read more
Food was great. The dining experience not so much. The seating was a bit haphazard People kept bumping into us to the point we... had to shift how we were sitting to be able to enjoy our meal. I may just order takeout next time Read more
Ordered delivery from here this evening. The food was great, but I’m still scratching my head as to how it’s even possible... for the cheesecake to have shown up like this. The container of whipped cream lodged inside a sideways turned cheesecake. Wetried calling the restaurant directly but it rang for a solid 10 minutes and still no one answered. Ordered the Chicken Milanese and to say it was awful would be an understatement. I called the store manage Tom at the lyndhurst... location and he has absolutely no interest in correcting the order..a meal for $30 bucks looked like it was worth $10.He wasnonchalant and uninterested in what I had to say (I’m sure it was due to them closing soon) but he said well that is how wemake it. Didn’t ask to view the mess I had received or offer to remake , credit literally nothing..I’ll never return hereand never will I recommend to my customers..awful! Read more
Imagine this. Elected official and premier chef in the city go out to a 5 star restaurant for dinner. They are seated, order... drinks and there’s a while before they see their server again. They have to order their meal through an assistant manager whosee’s them looking for help. They have to order their own FREE BREAD LOAF. Their salad comes out, 2 minutes later, theirappetizer, 3 minutes after that, THEIR ENTREE!!!!!!! Oh, still have not seen the waiter. So as I rush to eat my salad andappetizer, my entree sits on the end of the table. When I finally get to it, I realize that it could use a little sauce. As I amtyping this, I am STILL WAITING ON SAUCE. I am overly disgusted and not even able to brag about how good the food was. I amupset. Very upset. Especially as I see the tables around us receive amazing service and olive oil with their bread loaf uponseating. Read more
Once you get past the young lady seating people who looks like she hates her job, the experience is great! Our server was... awesome! I forget her name but she had red hair. The food was delicious and full of flavor! The food quality is worth it forwhat we spent. I recommend the sausage rigatoni(its spicy) and lobster/shrimp alfredo. Read more
