This place appears to be in trouble! Food is still pretty good, but the exotic great pizzas are now pretty much regular pies in... cracker thin crust with very little substance to the toppings. Thai chicken is the one thing you won't find virtually everywhereelse, and the appetizers are now the tastiest thing on the menu. This store had more staff than customers at midweek 7:00dinner, yet both bar and table service was slow. Concerned for their survival. Read more

My wife and I and our two friends had a terrible experience at California Pizza Kitchen (Legacy Village). It took around 30... minutes to even have a server ask us what we wanted to eat and drink. The server was not very friendly and didn't know muchregarding the menu or general server etiquette. We ordered Banh Mi Power Bowls and they all came with NO quinoa. Quinoa was thenumber one ingredient in the power bowl and one of the main reasons it is considered a "power" bowl. Bad experience all around.Would not return to this restaurant. Read more

This is my first time to Legacy village. This is a nice place to go to considering what ohio has to offer. This restaurant was a... nice place to dine in. I chose to dine in the outside area seating. There were yellow umbrellas to block the sun which was anice touch. Overall it was not very busy which was nice, even on a Saturday! I started off with me and 3 other people ordering.I got for a drink their homemade CK lemonade. It was so good, just like chic fil a lemonade, but not too sweet, it was judtright, and it tasted more fresh. Then for the pizza we got 1 pizza and split it amongst our 4 selves. Some of us had 1 or 2slices. We didn't order another because the pizza very rich and each pizza is like $20. This place is definitely not a pizza hutor dominos where you order 3 pizza for the fam and have 3 or 4 slices. This is ment for getting a pizza or two and sharingbecause see the food is rich and verh good. They also have pastas and other items on the menu. Great sitting and great food withcreamy flavors! Highly reccomend. I reccomend the 4 cheese or 5 cheese pizza whatever it was called. Read more

Unfortunately, it should not take two hours to be served lunch. Especially when the restaurant is not busy and you're ordering... simple lunch combos. Once the food arrived it was great. Three of us had the pizza/salad combo. One a salad only. You couldtell our server was trying her best. She understood we were on a business lunch, was pleasantly fighting through her brokenEnglish, while lacking an understanding the menu. She apologized on many occasions. As a hospitality professional, thisexperience made me feel awkward. I hope we don't loose another potentially good employee because of a lack of training anddevelopment. Read more

Had an amazing experience with my wife, dining at California Pizza Kitchen. The service was topnotch. Our server was friendly,... kept our beverages full, and made sure that our meal came out timely. With a robust menu from which to choose from, we decidedto get the limited time offering of Jerk Chicken Pizza. The pizza was exactly as advertised, providing an authentic Caribbeanflavor to which I'm well-accustomed. All around, this was a great dinner overall and exceeded our expectations. Read more

Great service and food. The pizzas seemed smaller than before but I liked the thin crust. We didn’t really feel full from the... pizzas but the warm bread and whipped butter was a nice touch to help us feel satisfied. Read more

My wife’s daughter / my step daughter invited us for lunch at the Legacy Village in Lyndhurst, Ohio. The place was nice... looking inside and had seating outside open. We decided to sit by front in the booth. My first time visit and we enjoyed ourtime. There wasn’t that many people and our server was a nice short hair female. Very friendly and provided our menu anddrinks. The wait time for our food was normal because it came to us fresh and tasted great. My daughter had Cedar Plank Salmon,my wife had the salad sandwich duo of California Club w Super Spinach + Quinoa salad. I ordered the Tomato Basil Spaghetti withgrilled chicken breast. Huge plate but my spaghetti portion seem a bit small, a little disappointed because the portion shouldbeen a bit more overall our food was prepared delicious. Only issue I had was only one server taking care of multiple tables, going back to get the food, answering the phone and greeting people up front. So my review is a 3 star but because of thedelicious plates I gave it a 4. If you had better scheduling of servers so as wait times could been better to refill my drinkand other needs it would been a 5. I can recommend the store for its food but can’t really recommend the location due to lackof scheduling. So it’s a 50/50 to have a good experience or poor service. I take everyone’s reviews into account as well andI believe some may had a poor experience due to my observation with only having 1 server at the restaurant. Read more
