Love the Lyndhurst Dominos, the staff is always friendly and understanding. If you ever have an issue, they are right on top of... fixing it and making it right. Placed order over the phone on 7.23.22. Picked up and it was the wrong order called back for them to correct and person who 1st... identified themselves as a Manager and the the Asst General Manager stated he would give me a $10 credit for a $17 pizza thatwas not what I ordered. I then stated no I just want what I paid for. He then yelled "you will not tell me what to do". Askedfor his name stated it was dominos policy not to give his name. Will be contacting someone from corporate offices on Monday.Will never go there ever again. Read more
Ordered 2 pizzas and 2 salads for delivery on a Sunday night. Both pizzas were so undercooked they were inedible. The salads... came with brown and wilted lettuce. I called the store and offered to return the unacceptable food for a refund. Was placed on abrief hold and then told that they could either remake the order or give me a store credit. Being that I had company over,waiting for a second delivery was not an option for me. They offered me a store credit. Not acceptable either as the way thistransaction went down, I won't be using it. Domino's, you got me for $70 tonight and gave me nothing in return. It will be thelast you ever receive from this guy so enjoy! Read more

Much better than that other one near by on Warrensville! Hoping they continue service with a smile and upkeep the quality. As... long as they do so I'm a fan of this location. They also have a pizza tracker on their board with your name on it when you walkin to see of your pizza is ready. This matches the tracker you can view on your phone. Frustrated customer! They are not following any sanitory precautions while they are making pizzas. It is really disgusting to... looking at how they make it. I had to wait and see until they prepare my order even the mobile app says order is prepared. Youcan buy them again if you don?t think about your heath! Read more
