Always good, rarely great. Franchise variance means some locations better than others. This one okay...
I asked if they had chopped salads. She said yes. I proceeded to have her make me a salad. When I realized it wasn't going to be... a chopped salad? She told me that they didn't do that. Did not make me a happy customer. Subway usually has great salads. Itwas a little smaller than usual and I had to spend some time cutting it with a plastic knife. The younger girl (new employee) was really nice. The lady training her was rude to her and us customers. She made my food wrong... then blamed me-when I was going to take it the way it was. I didn't express dissatisfaction. She knew she had made it wrong anddecided to tell me it was my fault. No thanks. Read more
Sandwich was fine, made the way I ordered. Service left something to be desired. We came in with 10 people but no one else was... waiting, artists rushed each of us but we couldn't see the ingredient options due to the non see through covers on top of them.Not all standard subway ingredients were available. Usually a good place, but the new Staff Worker took absolutely no care in making my sandwich. I?ve never taken the time to write... a poor review but this was the worst sandwich in history. It looks like the ingredients were thrown between two pieces ofmangled bread. She should choose a different profession we?re people aren?t paying their money for her service. Do not like the Lyndon station Subway they said my meal was being made when i ordered online and when i got there a note was on... door saying they were closed. Another occasion they did not even have my online order They are always out of soup. My husbandcalled to complain and they did not even bother to return any of his 5 calls. Read more
