Dunkin Donuts is a New England staple! Although I prefer the other company's coffee, I have absolutely nothing bad to say about... DD! My favorite drink is the caramel Macchiato with a shot of espresso...so stinking good! Read more
I?ve been going to this location for many years to get coffee because of limited take out coffee options in the Lyndonville area... and have tolerated the nonsense at this location to get my Dunkin coffee fix, yet what happened today was complete nonsense. Istated my order clearly and slowly only to have the cashier shout three times. The first time as I told her my first coffeeorder she told me to ?HOLD ON!?; in surprise I said, ?I?m sorry? to diffuse the situation. The second time she shouted at theregister, and then she shouted a third time, telling me to ?HOLD ON!? as I told her my second coffee order. I only placed asimple order for two coffees and this is what I get. Moreover, she smiled facetiously at me after shouting the third time. Whatkind of funky service is? I?m tired of this satellite location.This Dunkin is a joke of a location with NO DRIVE THRU, NO WIFI,NO SEATING, and a LIMITED MENU. I?m going to take my business elsewhere. I have never been to a more limited and unprofessionalDunkin in New England. This place is awful. Read more
Most small stores that are located in gas stations usually are not the same as standalone stores. This one was the exception. ... On a weekend day around noon they still had every item we wanted. Amazing. Very impressed with the service and selection. Great job team. Read more
What this lacks by being a satellite. It makes up for with service. The dunkin down the road in st j has more to offer. As it's... a full standalone restaurant. But the service there isn't nearly as friendly or good. Whenever I walk in the staff starts myorder if they're not busy. 9 time out of ten. My coffee will be ready when I get to the counter. They make it a point toremember customers and make you feel welcome. Read more
Staff is wonderful but they are small and overworked.
