Store front is very small and cramped with zero menus or information on display. Small children behind the counter coughing all... over everything. I walked in and picked up a cake pop and a small piece of chocolate cake. Took the woman nearly 5 entireminutes to package the items and take my money. Cake was extremely dry and the frosting tasted store bought. I will not return. Read more

So friendly every time. Their empanadas are a great price and they?re 100% delicious. I want to try their smoothies and their... sandwiches soon. The owner said they?ll have patio seating during the summer so I?m coming back for that when the weather getswarm. Read more

B Sweets is a slice of heaven, hidden in Lynn. It?s tucked away on Munroe street and you wouldn?t know it was there until you... walk in. Do yourself, your taste buds and your stomach a favor and stop in. The owner, Amalia, is one of the NICEST people youwill ever meet and she takes TRUE pride in her work. She regularly has a selection of goodies with Dominican flair, traditionalstyle. And cupcakes, cake pops etc in varying flavors. There?s also smoothies!!! The menu recently expanded more to includesandwiches and salads. Sandwiches are made fresh to order. If this amazingness wasn?t enough, she does custom cake orders etcfor parties. Be sure to give it a try. While you?re there, be sure to sign up for their text updates when things are on sale oron special! **as for the person who reviewed the cupcakes. Ma?am.... you compared homemade Dominican food to box cake. That?syour problem. Dominican cake has a different texture and layer(s) of fruit. The frosting is also different. It?s like ameringue. For those who aren?t familiar with it, yes, the taste and texture seem ?off.? But it?s not the same type of flavors asa cake from a non Spanish bakery. :) Read more

This place is new in town and I finally got around to stopping in. It's a tiny little shop that's easy to walk by but I'm happy... I finally went in. For starters, the woman at the counter, who I think is one of the owners or at least makes the pastries, wasincredibly sweet. I got the Dominican cake with caramel and some kind of coconut square. Both were delicious! I think myfavorite was the coconut. If you like coconut and something decadently sweet, this is just the ticket. The caramel cake was alsogood, I liked the meringue topping. Next time I go in I'm definitely going to try one of the cheesecakes, they looked delicious! The desserts aren't as decadent as D'Amici's down the street and right now there's only a small selection but the prices are waymore reasonable. It was $4.50 for both of those desserts which would have cost at least that much for one at D'Amici's. If you'dlike to try something new, support a local business, and still have change in your pocket, I'd definitely recommend checkingthis place out. Read more
