I would never recommend this dominos. Not only is it like fast food micro wave pizza , the pizzas came squished to the point... where the toppings of the pizza were stuck to the top of the box ! Thankfully the manager comped us for the horrible experience,but we had waited over a hour and half for delivery and by the time the disgusting pizza arrived I had a hungry family trying topry the toppings off the top of the box . Overall horrible experience I wish they sent us another set of pizza or something weordered at 5 by the time the food came it was almost 7 . We only live about 20 minutes from the store and still waited that long. Read more
Do not order from the Dominos company as a whole. While they claim to hold customer satisfaction at the highest regard, they... continuously fail to deliver food in a timely manner and customer service continues to fail at supporting orders that havefailed to arrive on time. With an order placed over the phone it and after waiting 2+ hours they did not deliver the food. Whenwe called the people hung up on us. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN! Second review time for this store and this is my third only review ever. I was generously given a free medium pizza after a... messed up order. I redeemed the coupon and was delivered the complete wrong order. Then I called back and the manager assured meI would be refunded and that my free pizza would be available. A week later come to find out neither are true. I was notrefunded nor did I have a coupon for a pizza. This place is the worst run store I have ever encountered in my entire life. Itreally is something to wonder at. five orders and maybe one of them was accurate and delivered on time. If you want the wrongorder or false managers, order here!!! best wrong order in town. I ordered food last night with a contactless delivery, the driver called me 3 times over a 12min span, completely refusing to... leave my food on my front porch. Instead the driver takes it upon himself to put my food on the saddlebags of my brand newmotorcycle. I called the restaurant to inform the manager so he could retrain his drivers, and instead tells me that this iscrazy I'm upset he put my food in the wrong place, and also told me he wouldn't be upset by someone putting food on his brandnew car. Very bad service these last few months. I will not be ordering from this location anymore. They?re very bad on customer service... which as a manager myself is unacceptable. The store manager Raphael is never available and the assistant managers always haveattitudes. We?re ordering food and the store isn?t telling us that items aren?t available. So we?re paying for things we?re notgetting and the store doesn?t even have the audacity to contact us and let us know or take it off our bill. This place hasbecome so bad and I don?t want to spend money with places like this. I ordered around 8:30pm my order didn?t arrive till 11:00pm. They did a quality check around 9:01 took them 1hr to get a driver... on the way , as soon as the deliver driver handed me the box of my chicken Alfreado it felt really light and once I opened it itwas cold barely any pasta.
