Absolutely unacceptable. The delivery service took 1.5hr, I had to call the store, and after another 20 mins (was told 5-7 mins)... the driver handed me crushed boxes. One of our pizzas as clearly shown in the photo has half the toppings on the top of the box.I understand being short staffed but crushing the food is never okay. I've never experienced such a thing and we will not beordering from this location again. Read more
This is the best Dominos pizza in Lynn. The girls who make the pizza do it with love and you can definitely tell when you eat... the pizza that it?s made right. I always come here and will continue to come here for pizza. Highly recommend this Dominos.Great staff and excellent service. Read more
The pizza was cooked very good, I used online ordering and had a smooth pick up. The customer service could use some... improvements, they were not very friendly. No smiles, no name tags, no customer service really, aside from handing me the pizza. The tables were clean and the restaurant is designed nicely, but the chairs were all dirty with food. The have a cooler fordrinks, a chalkboard for customers to write on(I thought this was cool, but there was no chalk). They also had a little stepstool for kids to watch the dough being prepared. These guys rock. Very accommodating. Very patient. I asked a lot of questions. I was indecisive. I switched things up and they... were helpful, flexible and kind. Honestly I was surprised that they weren't sick of me when I kept coming up and asking forthings. They didn't ignore me. They responded with patience and a great attitude at that. Ordered online for deliver and took over 2 hours to receive my order. The crazy thing is that this is the second time it took... over 2hrs. I figured I?d give them a second chance but they failed. Worst delivery service better off picking up your order. Read more
