This Dunkin was ok when we ordered. However, we were not told that when we wanted to dine in that this dining room was about to... close. Just when we received our order, a different worker kept harassing us to leave by 7pm which was in about 5 minutes. Sheeven called her store manager to intimidate us. There was no sign posted stating that the dining room closed at 7pm. Online itsaid that this location was open until 9pm. We were choking on our food, to finish as fast as we could. She said it causes morework for the workers. We were just sitting, eating and drinking. We were not bothering anybody. She was very rude to us. Ok,there were customers at the drive-thru, which stays open until 9pm. We were not, in any way disturbing them from waiting onthose drive-thru customers. What ever happened to customer courtesy? today July 31 I was there at 1:45 pm, I stayed for more than 6 minutes waiting to be seen. No one was around and the employees... were just making jokes and never bothered to serve me. The tent was totally basic so they can't claim they were busy. Betweenlaughter and jokes, most of the employees were entertained. Read more

These ladies here have way too much attitude. Me and my husband stop at Dunkins every morning and this one is on my way to work... and home. I come in the morning and afternoon. I gave one star because the customer service is horrible. Some of these ladiesneed to be re-trained on customer service. They complain if you ask to have a coffee remade. They literally complain so loud youcan hear them through the window and they talk reckless in Spanish. Saying swears and all. I pay almost $5 for one coffee. Ihave every right to ask for a coffee to be fixed if it?s not done correctly or taste like water. Read more

I went there earlier in the day for coffee, and there were a good amount of people working and they left the one girl infront... doing multiple orders well they all talked, laughed and stood there ... you could tell the young lady was stressed out but did agood job managing all the orders but as a buisness owner I would not accept this type of work. To the young lady with thetattoos good job keeping your patience and being polite to the management hire better workers who don?t stand to the sideentertaining eachother rather then the guest! Every time I come to this location the employees are all shouting, but only communicating with each other. None of it seems work... related. But they are just constantly shouting for no reason. Not like angrily, just chatting with each other. It makes itimpossible to enjoy your coffee in peace. If you need a place to enjoy your coffee or tea and fire off a few emails, this is NOTthe place to go. Read more
