Very disappointed that there is no type of waiting on orders nor drive thru no line at KFC Lynnway Lynn MA. Still have to wait... 30 minutes for an 8 piece meal. Also staff is extremely rude especially female workers giving attitude to customers in the past. Better customer service and staff needs better training. Read more
Went through drive-thru, order for two. Paid with a hundred dollar bill and only received exact change when I asked for a... receipt. Cashier tried to short me a buck and some change. Always ask for a receipt at the Lynnway location! Read more
Ordered a big box with a free beverage box thingy for pickup. Cashier looked like they were dead inside (I don't blame them) and... their demeanor was kinda rude. The chicken batter was soggy and greasy as hell as well as the fries, the macaroni tastedpowdery, the mashed potato and gravy was bland, and all the soda was flat. All of this after paying almost half a hundred bucks!I'm only giving it 2 stars because the chicken was a bit juicy but other than that I would never order from here ever again.Major disappointment. The manager is the worst! That?s why the whole team is so rude it?s crazy! They have an attitude for no reason every time I go... here which is why I?m never going here again. Disgusting dinning room. All tables had food and trash on them. The trash bin were turn towards the wall, you had to go out your... way to throw trash away. I was there for 30 mins, and not one employee come around to clean. The kid at the register was toobusy listening to his airpods interested of doing his job and extremely dismissive. He just threw my food on the counter andwalked away, I had to ask if it was my or different costumers'. I had to ask for spoons, it too 5mins for someone to leave drivethru to get some. Everyone seem to want to hide at drive thru and not deal with dinning room. The employee on the back were ontheir phones at the prep table, which is health hazards and disgusting. Never coming back. I frequently stop here because it the only place with a drive threw on my way to my night class They 9/10 they will get your... order wrong. Doesn't mater if it's a drive through or now.
