Alot of them are rude unfortunately I go ever day to get 5 shake and mocha frappe and food I use my rewards and sometimes they... give me a hard time saying the code doesn't go through or they just don't want to do it and they make it a little bit difficult and it's sad bc I always spend at least 30 to 50 sometimes a little more but always 30 or 50 and more and I feel like because Igo every day mostly to Peabody sometimes Salem and Danvers this I'm a very good customer there and I feel like that they shouldbe more helpful and respectful never asking nothing for nothing I'm coming there spending money and using some rewards I justasked for respect that I'm always respectful to them I've lost points by not being able to use it and spending more money thereand it's just sad Read more
Always somehow mess order up. Even after repeated order instructions. They really need to improve in this area.
Mcdonalds is good when your in a hurry no time to cook or your on your way for a trip and your family is hungry you can find... Mcdonalds everywhere. Kids love them especially the happy meal. Read more
If it's busy go somewhere else. They can't get the order all right and tasting good. If the nuggets are good chances are your... fries or burger sucks. Soda always flat, trash. Read more
Coming here overnights can be tough. I've gone here the last two weekends and both times my fry's were luke warm to almost... cold.....AND didn't get what I ordered. It's almost like your gonna get a " McDonalds Mystery Bag". You want a quarter poundwith cheese? Nah, your gonna get whatever I feel like putting into the system.....and even then the person making it fouls it upand doesn't even make THAT right.....???? Read more
