Great Buffalo chicken sub. Wife got roast beef and a pizza roll. Delicious!
Turkey Club was absolutely five stars! The fries were perfect too btw, but I had to minus a star for that flattened mushy... pickle. It looked like someone might have sat on the pickle or something. Nick?s is one of our go to?s and is always very good. We ordered two pizzas tonight, one was supposed to be gluten free crust.... When the pizza arrived, there were two pizzas with regular crust. I called back and explained the situation - at first I didn?tget the response I felt was appropriate for the given situation. This was disappointing as we are regular customers, but when weleast expected it, the driver was at our door with the gluten free pizza in hand. That is customer service. Thank you, Nicks! I am furious right now because i am a manager at a restaurant and I would never treat my guests badly. I ordered from Nicks in... Lynn. I ordered a Haddock plate and a chicken wrap for delivery. When my food arrived on time I tipped the driver and proceededto the kitchen table. When I opened the plate I was very distraught at what I was seeing. I am not one to complain because Iknow how it is to work in a kitchen but I just could not understand how a business would ever allow such a disgraceful , pitifuldisplay of food to be sold to anyone. There was no fish just hard breader . I called back to let them know what my problem wasand the gentleman on the phone refused to give me his name. The manager was not polite and had no regard for any type ofhospitality to his potential long lasting customer. I will starve to death before I give this business any more of my money. Asa manager I can?t even fathom the idea of not making sure my guests experience is absolutely the best. This place needs a wholenew training in Hospitality and guests relations. Read more
Ordered a pizza and a sandwich from here. My food was as cold as ice! called and complained. the only concern you had was that... you demanded your food was given back in return in order to replace it with fresh hot food. that's absolutely disgusting thatyou would delivery food to a customer then demand to have it given back in order to replace their order! won't go here again! Ok so the cheesecake was expired, ordered two. One was actually fermented when I took a bite out of it. The owner himself came... to my house and refunded me my tip and the cheese cake. When someone comes back to make it right after a mistake, that?s classand five stars. The steak bomb sub was pretty good, so I?ll try again to order in the future. He explained that the desertscome from a vendor and are frozen right away. Sometimes when they are really busy have made the mistake before, but he?s goingto correct his workers. Read more
