I bought one mighty mill bagels in NC at a grocery store for the first time today ?? Toasted them and added cream cheese of my... choice and took my first bite which was delicious ???? I bought the cinnamon raisin; but was impressed with the differentvarieties, so I will experiment with different combinations. Love good quality food. Hard to find natural foods, so I waspleased to no end. Living rurally. Thank you for making them and caring about quality grains and products for us to put intoour bodies. SAM Read more

All gone that?s how delicious the fajitas and ham and cheese sandwich was, excellent, people get over there and try everything.... Excellent staff , clean environment, the cashier told us to try to fajitas and wow so delicious if you like spicy try thefajitas you won?t regret. Cute, cozy spot! Menu looks awesome and they serve atomic coffee. I ordered a coffee and a spinach lemon bagel with egg and... cheddar. they fry the egg and toast the bagel. The cheddar is delicious (white cheddar). The egg, fresh, the bagel soft andchewy. I was a bit disappointed to see workers w masks down when not dealing with customers, but assume they are all carefulelsewhere etc. The big bummer was the black rock or piece of burned wood?! Everything I have tried, from the flours to the bagel sandwiches and pretzel snacks hasbeen excellent. My sourdough starters love to be fed the rye flour in particular! Amazing and fresh. If you haven't, try the nightshade salmon. I had mine on a toasted lemon and spinach bagel. It has smoked... salmon, red onions, a zesty slightly spicy sauce, capers and I believe spinach. Best breakfast I feel ENERGIZED AND READY FOR MYDAY Read more
