This place is unbelievably bad. It's slow, the credit card machines are very difficult to use, and even after repeating your... order two, to three times, somehow, even though the sticker is right, your coffee is still made incorrectly. It even takeslonger to get your corrected order than it does for your original order. The rating on this place should be much lower, most ofthe reviews are completely irrelevant to the actual quality, and service, of this place. Read more
I ordered something online and when I got to the store in 3 minutes it was already ready! My bagel bites were not ready and took... an additional 5 minutes. I ended up ordering more bites which came out quickly, the barista also apologized for my initial waitand gave me a $4 gift card for the wait. Customer service at its finest! I love the Staff at This location..always friendly.. As I have a special request when i do go...my dog loves the puppy... Chino..which is just wipped cream in a cup...but she loves it! And its free! My puppy greets the drive thru employees with anEager Happy face! She knows when we are at Starbucks! Thanks for being so sweet to myself and my pup! You guys Rock!!! Goodcoffee and good food.
