Service is slow at times but staff is usually friendly. Problem I have is they don?t use wax/ parchment paper to separate... donuts. I won?t order Boston creams since they just throw them in a bag to get stuck together and chocolate covers inside ofbag. They always run out of apple fritters for some reason and the last time I went the donuts were stale like they appeared tobe from the other day. Black Coffee with sugar and cream is still crack! Went into Dunkin Donuts today at 11:10am. There were many workers. The employee that helped us was great. He name was Tyteana... and she even changed her gloves before getting my donut! Thank you. I've always liked dunkin donuts but I have to mention that this location has a great staff, so friendly. They didn't have an... item but they were more than helpful to suggest me other options. Certainly the best staffed location out of the five I frequently use in Bay County. It seems common now that there are only 2... people running a store. I saw 6 in here.. Service was quick and friendly, store was clean and one of the staff was actuallycleaning the windows while I was there last. Team was friendly, but felt like the request I made at the register wasn?t communicated to the team member who made the... drink. I got the drink for free using the T-Mobile Tuesday app. So it wasn?t a big deal. I?d go back another time I have thecoupon for a free drink to give them a shot at redemption. This Dunkin is constantly out of some ingredient or another. It?s either I order a sandwich and they are out of bagels or out of... the meat option that comes on the sandwich. This isn?t late in the day either this is usually around 7am. Just save yourselftime and annoyance because the manager or whomever is doing the ordering doesn?t know how to do it correctly. Edit 11/29/22 camein and again my order was wrong and when I asked it to be corrected the bag was snatched by the cook that made it and was givenattitude by people that don?t even know how to read and put the right items on a sandwich.
